II bought a scratch and dent white refrigerator that just happened to be the exact model I’ve had in my cart since January. (white is unavailable at least until July) Ryan and Carla went above and beyond in helping me!

They always have the home improvement items that I need to be successful in my projects. The employees are helpful and easy to find.

Apryl, efficiently, and pleasantly helped me solve a home shower repair 'challenge'. She is a professional and an intelligent Associate. Thank You for saving my family and me time and money.

I like this store for the cleanliness and friendly employees. Don't like the parking lot, very small and very tight for parking.

This store is very near our residence and has a wide variety of products to choose from. Staff were also very friendly, professional and accommodating.

Great Helpful and Professional Staff.

This is the girl that wanted the Christmas tree from outside on display. One guy in customer service was extremely rude. He said I couldn't have the display tree after I've been told yes from others associate. Well, Everything worked out perfectly and we love our Christmas tree! A BIG thanks and HO! HO! HO! To Rebecca and Dylan. They were near the seasonal area. You both rock! Happy Holidays

We met a wonderful employee, Devin, who went above and beyond to help us. He even came and found us in the checkout line to see if we could wait for a second opinion, and then he stayed with us, listened closely to our concern, and recommended a solution that was not only the exact thing we needed but also less complicated and cheaper than what we'd planned for.

Cleanest store ever, most helpful staff. Not the normal store I shop, sure glad I stopped to pick up a few things. I even asked for a Manager to share my awesome experience!

Great staff floor help !

I went in to buy an umbrella and was greeted by a clerk, named April, who directed me to the golf umbrellas. And then told me about compact ones in another area "in case I preferred that kind". I would not have thought to ask if there were other kinds so I appreciated the extra information and it shows that she knows her product/stock. She then checked out my order with a friendly smile saying, "Stay dry!" Thank you, April, for the pleasant service! :)

You always have what I am looking for and I know where to find it. When I do need help with something, somebody is always able to assist me

My clerk at checkout was more interested in talking to another staff member than completing my checkout. The talk was about her home printer!

I quickly found what I was looking for in the patio dept , with direction from the cashier. An employee, Dillon, was so helpful in loading my cart with bags of heavy stone. He was cordial and friendly- so glad to have the assistance.

I just moved to the Frederick area and have visited this Home Depot on several occasions picking up various items and buying major appliances. Each visit I have made to this location ALL of the employees I interacted with were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I have NEVER had this type of experience at ANY other large hardware / building supply type of store at any location before. Great place to shop and the employees all seem like they LOVE working there. Most of them seem to have been at this store for quiet a while.

I had my best buying experience in 10 years since moving to Maryland. First, I called and was greeted by "Luvi" who walked all the way across the store to see if they had a tractor in stock that was showing zero online. I drove to the store and was greeted by "Luvi" at the door. She walked me to the rental counter where I was greeted by a very professional young man who helped me find a 2" ball for my truck and then hooked-up the trailer to my truck. I then met up with "Luvi" again to check out and she took me through the store to find a few items I needed. Once I had everything, she then gathered her team and they all loaded the tractor onto the trailer. The two young men that helped load the tractor were very respectful and wasted no time putting the tractor onto the trailer with "Luvi" leading them. Everyone, including the young lady's at the cashiers desk that assisted "Luvi" were very nice and professional. I seen people who wanted to do their job well and who wanted to show kindness. Great Job Home Depot Team!!!! Thank you for giving me the best buying experience I've had in the 10 years since moving to Maryland.

Nice store had what I needed and staff was nice. The tool rental is really excellent too.

At the time I arrived the store was extremely busy but everything on the shelves were nice and neat and organized there was plenty of Home Depot staff to answer my questions and guide me in the right directions I went to the self check out walk right up to it people were there to organize the open register it was a pretty quick experience very pleased

Catherine, the cash register operator was extremely wonderful and very friendly. Unlike the ones who stocks in tools Dept. On the night of 6/4/21 between 8-9pm. No help at all.
