I couldn't find the items needed for gutters, no employees offered help and I was overcharged for a gardening item, which, now I have to go back and return. Done shopping there.

It’s important that we are able to get the supplies we need. This store has always been serviceable and agreed to visit.

They were able to help me find the new location for the product I wanted.

What do I have to do to get Home Depot to consistently email me a receipt? I need electronic receipts. I ask at the stores why I'm sometimes offered the option of an electronic receipts and other times not, and no one knows. I try pro check out, but it's not alway open. And doing pro check out at the standard checkout doesn't seem to result in my getting an emailed receipt. I'm not happy about this!

While in the past I have never received any quality help in this store with employees either pointing the way or just saying they didn't know and walking away, some on their phones to busy to help. Today seems some got things right by hiring Corey and his supervisor, both are exceptional, you need more employees like them, concerned with the customer and their experience.

Excellent location, sufficient parking, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices. Need I say more?

Product merchandise is sub-par Outside doors in the front of the store are closed and locked Employees are more interested in their personal conversations I had to match roofing shingles, otherwise I would have gone to a different company to buy what I needed

Recently I’ve placed an order of custom made blinds for my house. The sales associates were very friendly, helpful and patient! I’m shopping at this store for many years but on my last visit I was really impressed of good changes happened! Every employee showed welcome and friendly attitude and quickly responded on any request! I was really impressed by that!

In general, Westheimer has had an uptick of crime and customer service has declined with disinterested workers in many stores. This Home Depot impressed me today - I was helped by two resourceful people in Lumbar and in Paint and our check out person was friendly and helpful. I will go back and felt like it was a clean and safe environment - like a a local neighborhood hard ware store.

Osei was very helpful with our purchase. Made the transaction as seamless as possible. We are happy with his assistance!
