Overall very clean and organized, unlike the store at Copperfield which is much closer to my home.

Overall a good shopping experience . Employees seem to be very busy and a little stressed. There was a nice lady helping me at checkout.

Out of many other home depot stores in this area, this home depot is the best . Customer service is amazing. Eventhough all employees as nice to customers Mr .John is extremely nice and took his time to locate the item that I needed.

Don't go to this store if you think your going to need help with something, otherwise you should have a pleasant shopping experience, at least the cashiers are friendly.

La tienda siempre esta limpia y es un lugar agradable para compra alli , ,los trabajadores son atentos .En este tiempo la tienda tiene mucho cuidado de guardar las distancias . Ellos estan preparados para sus clientes con mascarillas y desinfectantes a la entrada de la tienda; de modo que nadie tenga que regresarse si olvido traerla.

This store has never disappointed me. All my home projects from this store have been carried professionally with no issues. The follow ups I if I am satisfied with the products I purchased is consistent. Had my ac unit replaced, carpets replaced and recently major kitchen appliances replaced. All went extremely well,smooth process!

Great custom service at this location. Marlene, Ms.Redd & Ms.Dawn are a great team. I enjoy shopping at this store. Customer service is always 100% here. Home Depot these ladies represent the company very well. Thank you Home Depot for these outstanding employees. I live about halfway between this Home Depot (Westheimer/Dunvale) and the one on Lumpkin Rd at I-10W . I prefer this Westheimer/Dunvale location because the employees are more approachable and friendlier than the staff at Lumpkin Rd / I-10W. I am sure this is partially due to the fact that the Lumpkin Rd location is a mega Home Depot, I am just a homeowner/ DIY'er so customer help is always appreciated. I have found the customer help to consistently be better from the staff at this location over a number of years, occasionally I am closer to the Lumpkin Rd location and I am in a hurry, so I get to compare. I have no reservations recommending this Westheimer/Dunvale location for the homeowner/DIY'er.

My wife and I give this store 5 stars for our visit today 8/14/2020. All thanks to a very patient and attentive store employee by the name of Brandon in the paint department. He was great and we will be back to shop here because of him.

The staff are amazing, especially the store manager Oscei and the cashier Diana.

Excellent location and promptly assistance from personal always available to walk the customer to the right product.

Customer service is the best

I love to shop at this location, the sales team is always there to assist me.

I ask an associate if I can get some help at lumber to cut two pieces of wood. They call the guy. No one shows up for 10 minutes. I go ask again and an associate tells me the dude is right there. I walked up, he’s talking to two other associates so I didn’t interrupt. He’s venting about about personal matters, but basically ignored me for another 10 minutes. Older lady asks the other associate for help and they help her. I’m like ok, I’ll wait. The other associate then noticed me and asks if I need help, I said yes, I’ve been waiting half an hour. The dude however starts complaining to the other associate and I can hear him. “He ain’t been waiting for half an hour, I’ve been here and there’s 3 of us in lumber.”

The store is neat and pro desk is always very helpful when I call or go in the store. Sometimes they’re busy with other customers but that’s understandable.

Hard to find someone in gardening. Employees at check out stood and watched me clulessly struggle. It was a total of 3 people in the entire store. I was at self check out teaching myself how to use their equipment and check out with a baby in the stroller. Meanwhile able bodies walk up and get all their items scanned and bagged for them. It made me feel a ways because the Latino employee ran ahead of me to next checkout to help a latino male customer. I inquired how self checkout works and was advised by latino female employee customers are to scan themselves out. Right after I see a white female employee scanning and bagging white male customers items in the same self checkout I'm in. They help who they choose to help. Clearly I dont shop here and I wont be back.

The employees at the store are friendly, well trainned on the location of every item and ready to assist the customers by walking with them to the speed up the searching and to recommend the best product when asked for their opinion.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST HORRIBLE THERE IS S SO MANY STAFF IN STORE BUT THEY WONT HELP YOU. They are rude and unprofessional I can’t believe a HOME DEPOT has this kind of staff just so disappointed in every single way they don’t know what they are doing and they don’t help you they just won’t HOME DEPOT HAS THE WORLD WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN ANY OTHER STORE.!!!!!!!

Thank you Westheimer Store #6558 for your awesome associates! Although its a smaller HD store, it is my preference because of the customer service I consistently receive when going there. Associates are easy to find and extremely helpful! I normally do need assistance, whether its how-to information or help getting an item or loading it onto a cart. I appreciate the kindness and MANY helpful associates!

Many of the employees do not care to be helpful and on occasion are cynical and antagonistic.
