A few months ago I had purchased a refrigerator and the handle broke three times in the same area within a couple months from normal use...Home Depot and the manufacturer had taken the position that they would not let me return the unit because it was "just a handle" and they suggested that misuse could be to blame...after weeks of repeated service calls and repairs I was shocked and hurt and had no choice but to reach out to the corporate office of Home Depot (which was my first time) for a reconsideration of that unfair decision. The call to corporate made it possible to return the unit with the defective handle and purchase another brand but this new purchase feels a little bittersweet realizing that the store I have shopped at for years had to be forced to do the right thing by a loyal customer. The hourly associates I have dealt with regarding this issue were extremely polite and helpful...

I shopped on the HD website before coming to the store. I found a sales associate pretty quickly & he gave me his full attention, gathering the lumber I requested and making the cuts I needed. He then directed me to the type of screw that would be best for cedar. In the garden area, a sales associate approached me and offered to help. She was very knowledgeable & located one of the products not readily visible to me. She helped me put my cart aside while I ran back to get polyurethane. Once in the paint aisle, a sales associate helped me find the best product at the best price for my project. When I returned to check out, another employee helped me load everything into my car carefully/efficiently. Although I go to the HD a lot, this store was new to me. I really enjoyed my experience!

LLOYD AND ANOTHER ASSOCIATE (WHO NORMALLY WORKS IN GARDENING) HELPED ME IN PUCHASING A CARTFULL OF LED LIGHTS. BACKGROUND CONCERNING POWER USAGE AND TYPE OF LIGHTS WERE MY WEAK POINT. LLOYD WAS VERY HELPFUL TO POINT OUT SOFT WHITE SINCE WOMEN DO NOT CARE FOR THE BRIGHT LIGHTING WHICH MEN PREFER WHEN WORKING IN GARAGE. OTHER ASSOCIATE POINTED ME TO ANOTHER BRAND OF LIGHT OTHER THAN CREE. YOUR 4-PACK WHICH THE WEB SITE SAID WERE AVAILABLE WERE NOT. HE POINTED ME TO ECOSMART STATING THAT HE HAS NOT SEEN THEM RETURNED FOR FAILURE.

The store was very cleared marked with item signs that lead me straight to what I needed. I was very impressed that I was able to find what I needed so easily. Chandler the cashier was extremely friendly and made my experience very pleasurable.

Davy, in the garden center, was the most helpful sales associate I have ever had anywhere. Although I made a small purchase, I will return to get his expertise on larger products. He made my visit a wonderful, enlightening experience and made me feel as if my small purchase was the most important. Very happy shopper.

I bought a large dual grill. The store associate removed the legs of the grill and loaded it into my van. He was perfectly pleasant and very helpful!

we are planning to buy new carpet. we were helped by a very knowledgable associate, but then passed to another associate that had only worked at the store a few weeks. not his fault but he was very slow, had to ask lots of questions to other associates and needed help scheduling our home measure. overall he was friendly and felt bad for taking so long, but if he had a little more training on the computer system or of the products it would have been helpful to us.

Little boys were going in to the store in their orange Home Depot aprons to take a class and they were all lively and eager. The store was clean and neat, and the staff very friendly and helpfull.

I find that everything in this store is awesome, as I tell my fience im gonna be late comming home even though im in there for hours!!!! I really enjoy going to this place it helps me be live it or not I could almost get lost. So yes I would absolutley recommended this store

Overall store was clean. There was some issue trying to get help in the door and window area. the store clerk was working with someone else at the time.

I have always enjoyed going to this store and prefer Home Depot over any other store and location for this one is very convenient for me.

I was replacing 2 ballast for some lights, the new ones where different from the ones I brought to the store, but the fellow in electrical gave me a diagram for the new wiring, it worked just fine.

Belinda was more than helpful. You need more like her.

If you happen to be lucky enough to catch an associate in the isle they have no idea of where the product is and if you accidently land in the right department there is no one around to help with the product. Never again!

Everything in the store was well organized. the staff was very friendly.

I was only in the lumber section and the lumber was clearly marked and seemed to be in order. I was helped quickly --lumber chosen,cut, paid for and loaded in a very short time.
