Cashiers are no help at Self check almost like they don’t want to do their job.

Staff at service counter were very accommodating and helped me resolve a situation. They were kind, understanding, and offered a solution that amazed me!

It seems large home improvement stores like Hime Depot lack sales people on the floor. There is hardly ever a shortage or associates at checkout.

My husband and I were needing to fix plug on dryer and we went to get converter and they told us you can’t purchase those anymore, but the employee told us we could change our plug out and he told us how to do it and it would be simple, and he was correct 👍🏼, thanks to them we can use our dryer

On a recent visit I bought a lot of gardening soils and mulch. The store was crowded on a Saturday afternoon but the service was fast and efficient. I must admit that this is not always the experience one has at other stores but I was very impressed by Home Depot. My thought was that “this is a well managed store with cooperative employees”.

We received THE BEST customer service ever from this store. The customer service rep, Jessica, was very knowledgeable and helpful, even though it was closing time. We bought a deck storage container, and she and another employee cut the damaged box open to make sure all hardware was in there and that nothing was damaged...then found help to get it into our car.

After much in-store research and reading I took a chance with an Ecosmart Dusk to Dawn 60 W replacement which uses only 9.6W. These best part is this bulb, without any added hardware, has a switch on the bulb where one can modify the hues geared toward personal preference. It was worth the $7.39 (including tax). Sweet!

Employes are always helpful and pleasant to talk to for advice. I have even taken several classes on "do it yourself" I have learned that "YES" I can! I am 75 years old and I don't like to shop but I could spend hours in Home Depot.

The individual who did measurements (Josh) and the salesperson (Tim) were a pleasure to work with. Both courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

This is the best Home Depot I've ever been to. The employees were helpful and seemed happy to help!

No greeting, no interest, no thank you

Took forever to get help and for someone to actually help me find an item, not just point in the general direction. Cashier, Ryleigh was extremely unfriendly and I had to bag my own items when I was in an actual line and not the self service. Won’t be back.

This store is verry close to home and the employees are very helpful.

Manager was rude Service desk girl tried Renee JD youngman was trying to help with promotion info but found out from a rude manager that store had been out for days employees didn’t know Taking valuable time from ME ( I get paid for my TIME) so do you if your working My purchase ended up being made in Indiana

Treated a veteran like trash and told that he had to have the store app to receive a military discount that ALWAYS only required a military ID and NOT all veterans are able to have the store app on their phone.. Manager was rude and insulting and cashier tried to refuse to give phone number to main office to complain about the entire experience.. ALL veterans should be treated equal and NO store should make people use their APP

Well-staffed and plenty of stock in garden center

Great customer assistance. I was greeted and asked several times if I found everything I was looking for (I was shopping for several items/depts) and didn’t have to scour store for someone to assist me when I didn’t need it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and did not give me product miss information, Like I received in another store. They also had some awesome memorial day specials And they were in stock.

We got everything we needed for our bathroom remodel here. All in-stock and great prices. The best part were the two exceptional employees who assisted us, Austin and Aaron. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, even though they were both busy and worked in other departments. We made the mistake and went to their competitor first. We left frustrated because nobody would assist us after numerous requests. Home Depot really impressed us and I will come here first from now on. Great employees make all the difference!

Finally a store where you can get assistance from knowledgeable employees.

Always enjoy visiting this HD store for all my home improvements/repair needs.

Staff shortages have been a hallmark of this store. Not just recently or caused by covid issues. Popular items are many times unavailable.

I really appreciate the added information for bulk purchases right on the label. Both the Pro Desk and Customer Service are a wonderful asset to assist you with a large project.

I goofed big on a project - I bought hardwired lights online when I really needed shoplights (oof!). Sabrina and Will took care of me from start to finish, helped me choose a better product, and even had a forklift on standby in case there wasn't enough product on the shelves! Seriously above and beyond - I can't thank them enough!

Andre an employee at the store was great, he took me around the store, out of his way to find all 3 items that I needed. He made my day!

This store is much more pleasant and managed well compared to St Matthews

Home Depot has always been my go to for shopping for home improvements/maintenance and garden improvements. As a woman who has plenty of questions for help on ideas I have, their employees have always been very helpful and patient! I do find it hard to find an employee to ask as they’re not always over staffed and I need to take someone away from another section to question as I find it overwhelming to go about finding items on my own sometimes in such a vast sea of selection. I appreciate the help more because of this and wish that maybe they would have a customer counter for that purpose alone, for questions on item. Location over having to roam and search for an employee. My experience has always been good at Home Depot. I will be a chromed for life. Plus Sharleeta was phenomenal in checking me out
