I’ve been buying a lot of material over the past few months, if there’s something special that I need and not in stock they’ll get for me in a short amount of time.

I was in the store on Sunday, July 30th renting a truck and doing a return. This required me to be in the Customer Service line three different times and I was able to observe Heather in action. In summary, I am amazed at Heather’s level of patience, expertise and ability to multitask relative to doing her own job and others. While I waited in line, it was apparent that Heather was able to handle at least two transactions for every one that her peers accomplished. However, what really “hit home” with me was that Heather was either approached, or her name called out, by seven other Home Depot employees who were asking her questions about how to handle a particular situation. Seven! And each time, the Home Depot employee asking for Heather’s assistance left with the information they requested. Heather’s ability to communicate concisely to others and still concentrate on her own task was beyond impressive. From my perspective, Heather is clearly a “gem” and I hope that Home Depot management really understand and appreciate her outstanding performance; as a Home Depot customer, I certainly do appreciate her!

Beware, Parking lot is a disaster. Full of potholes and garbage, very dirty. Inside store seems to be somewhat OK for how busy they are. Employees very nice. Whole store in and out needs a makeover

Had to return a few items, we over bought because we thought the project was much bigger than anticipated. Had our receipt, our ID, and it took less than 5 minutes. I was very 😊 happy.

Home Depot is my go to place for home improvement and repair products. Employees are, for the most part, helpful &friendly.

I purchased an item yesterday along with several other items and used a gift card I received for Christmas. I used my debit card to pay the balance because my purchases exceeded the gift card. The next day I needed to return an item because it was the wrong electrical device for my job. The package was unopened. The clerk would not give me a refund for the item because I used a gift card. Instead she gave me the difference between the item and the amount I paid with my debit card which was $2.73. Who does that? I will never purchase anything from Home Depot again. Don't buy anyone a Home Depot gift card.

Dan was a very helpful employee who went out of his way to assist me in finding what I needed in the store tonight. He was very patient and kind to make sure I got everything I came in for. Thank you Dan.

The Christmas trees are very nice and there is a beautiful display in the store. The store is very tidy and the staff is very helpful.... especially Assistant Manager MIKE!

The plants here are always healthy and beautiful. And they use good soil. Cashiers are nice. Some of the store employees are really great too.

Because of the lack of lighting stock I had to purchase a significantly higher priced fixture (item # 1000 021 230 ). It was $65 higher priced than the same exact fixture of the Home Depot owned brand only found on website. It was an immediate needed product for our project so I was forced to purchase the item. That $65 hurt our budget and our wallet in these times of overinflated prices. This same mass produced item is found on the internet under various brand names for significantly less purchase price. Seems like a shell game to us. Not a good look Home Depot. #tryingtobeloyaltohomedepot

Looks like the button was removed from this aisle and was never replaced. Had to go through a few employees to find one who could chain. Please add the "call help button".

Usually I don't need assistance. But when something is locked up, I need help. I wanted to purchase multiple items that were locked in the cage in the tool department. It took me 20 minutes for someone to help me. If they weren't the only ones selling Milwaukee, I would have gone somewhere else. Even though someone was paged to help me, they all ignored the page. Walking past me, telling me they were in the middle of something, or just ignoring me. I always experience a bunch of employees walking around like they are on a mission just so they don't have to help you.

They have a great selection of flowers and all the yard fertilizers you need to make you yard beautiful

So happy we finally were able to order our Frigidaire upright freezer. We tried ordering in October, but the problems with supply chain did not allow for that. We are so glad we were able to get this 13cft. freezer in time for summer time needs and fall harvest. It is so roomy and fits our needs so perfectly. And the associate was so helpful and efficient. Also the delivery guys were so professional and did a great job locating it in our basement in place of our old freezer- a chest model. thank you Home Depot!
