Exceptional and timely service from an employee.

This Home Depot is the best!

Purchased a large rolling toolbox. The cashier was helpful, checking me out without going thru self check out. 3 of the sales associates picked up the toolbox and placed in the back of the pickup. I would not have been able to lift it by my self

The only problem I have with this store is the fact that their inventory and what the web sight doesn't say the same quantity in stock!!

This store is bright and clean. The associates seemed egar to help with their smiling faces. Products were easy to locate and the associates were ready to help. Thanks!

The store was clean and the employees were very helpful and friendly. This store always has what I need. I am happy to drive right by three other home improvement stores that are closer to my house to get to this one.

Service is very good at this store. Employees are knowledgeable about the products and polite to deal with. The store is organized and clean, including the bathrooms. They never seem to be out of anything I go there to purchase and the selection is extensive. I shop there often for home improvement projects and also for my garden projects. The only thing I might recommend is a few more employees on site in the design area during busy times, as this is a popular store. I plan on going for design advice during the week if possible when the store is less busy. However, even when the employees are busy, they maintain professional demeanor and thank me if I have had to wait.

Very, very orderly and clean appearance. I broke a bulb that I had brought in as a sample and someone cleaned it up immediately. Both associates I talked to gave friendly and thorough explanations of products I was interested in.

We went to this Home Depot looking for an outside patio set. After searching for several days, we saw an advertisement and finally called around to we found a store that had what we wanted in store. Once there, the staff was friendly and assisted us in every way possible. They even helped us put it in the car. A special thank you goes out to Julia and Addie for going out of your way us. We couldn't have done it without you.

The store was clean. There were almost no customers or store personnel working. I couldn't get any help. I have trouble seeing and couldn't get help checking out since there were only self checkout registers. I doubt I will ever frequent this store again

Friendly employees, really good customer service

Charles in gardening was so helpful to me today. He showed me a weed killer and fertilizer combined that I can apply to my yard in the fall when the temperature is cooler. He also pointed out that he had two big damaged bags I could purchase and keep at home to use once fall gets here. Then, he offered to load my car with my purchases and covered my seats with plastic to protect them. He was very attentive and a GREAT employee! You need more workers like him! As an older retired teacher who is a woman I deeply appreciate Charles’ dedication to his job and helping me.

Always friendly, efficient and helpful employees, I can find what I need there.

This time I went and people were falling all over customers to assist them. I hope they can keep it going..

We asked and associate for help. She told another team member that we needed help. After 30 minutes the help still had not arrived. 3 other team members were hanging around a few ales over and when we asked for help they shrugged and did not help. We fumbled through and bought an ac unit. After installation it was revealed to be machined incorrectly so we returned it. We live 25 minutes away it was not convenient to visit the first time now the second time. The return process was not easy either.

Had the Paint Department Mix up special paint - very customer friendly and took care of business!!!

The Store seems to be understaffed in the evenings, but the polite and courteous associates make up for the delays. The only con I've noticed is a lot of appliances have non returnable in the list of specifications & if you have an emergency major appliance situation; they're forcing their customers to go to the competion because Home Depot doesn't stock major appliances. Again the associates including the District or Operations Mgr were great. Besides; orange is my favorite color & a Davie County color. Curious as to why the forever growing Mocksville NC doesn't have a Home Depot.

Great team at the Pro Services desk...Kieth, Brittany, etc. All willing to go the extra mile and offer a solution or an alternative. Always with a smile and NEVER have I heard "That's not my job....they are Home Depot....Home Depot and serving the customer is their job. And they do it very well!"

I spent an hour and 20 minutes inside this home depot store trying to purchase one gallon of Behr Paint..I took a piece of siding with me to match the paint for a outdoor building. One person was ahead of me. The person in the paint section was by himself. He tried three times to match the paint to no avail. I had to go home and come back with my wife. And spend another 30 minutes. I think the Person in the paint department had poor training. The Manager needs to assess all of his departments..

Great Employees who bend over backwards to help. Every employee there is friendly and helpful.

Much better than the HD on University Parkway, where they disrespect veterans.

I purchased an LG Refrigerator, Range, Microwave and Dishwasher. My sales person Ranada was so knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in asking about features that I wanted on each. The customer service folks Fane, Taylor and the operations manager Huge were all very knowledgeable and helpful when I came back to the store about refunding me the $$ between the original price and the sales price that took place within a couple of days. The folks at the other big box store did not even come and ask how they could help me when I went in to look at the appliances, but not at Home Depot I was asked if they could assist me almost immediately.

Friendly staff...Accepts my veteran's card issued to me by the Registrar's Office of NC. The University Parkway HD does not. I drive further to get supplies, but it's better than being disrespected.

This HD accepts the Veteran's cards issued by the Registrar's Office of North Carolina ,but the one on Univ. Parkway does not and embarrasses veterans who present the card.

Great store, and very helpful sales people.

The employees are very considerate and helpful, as if you stand in one place too long, they'll ask if you need help or direct you (usually show you) where to go get what you're looking for. A major competitor is directly across the street. I made the mistake of going there when I moved here, and immediately regretted it. I left my items and went to my favorite store. HOME DEPOT!!!

The employees were good. The pine needles were full of crap. .waited a long time behind one customer. The Manager never showed up. .We called the Customer service department. .No one there returns a Call either..
