I bought a water softener. The box was pretty torn up and open. The cap was off the softener tank and had spilled resin inside of the box. There was no owners manual with the unit, and after assembling it with a manual that I got off the Internet it leaks From the head unit. Unit was ordered online and shipped from another Home Depot in California. I’m wondering if it was a broken unit that was just resolved to me. Definitely not up to Home Depot standards not the Home Depot I know….

This was my latest project. Home Depot is my hardware superstore of choice. Helpful staff (find Norma), mostly matches online inventory, and fast checkout. I also love the fact that they have a Milwaukee Rep present most times.

Very well run store with lots of options. Tends to have products I need unavailable at other stores. Great operating hours and very helpful and courteous staff.

I have been shopping weekly at the Yuma Home Depot for the past two months after a terrible experience at a competitor of Home Depot in Yuma. The Home Depot in Yuma is always clean and organized. I always see workers returning products to their proper place. The carts and flatbeds are well maintained.

Employees down the aisles were kind of just hanging out and not doing anything other then discussing their private lives and this was in a few areas of the store. Overheard some discussion of employees saying "they were too busy" to help when they were obviously hanging with the "bros". Good selection and awesome cashier other than the groups not working. in the aisles.

The staff and store are without a doubt the best shopping experience,staff is very knowledgeable and friendly made my trip so worth it thank you

I've always had a good experience there the employees are always nice and helpful. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I always suggest looking at website for correct isle & bay #, makes shopping quick & easy. Absolutely love self checkout.

Service was terrible several associates walked past me and did not offer help

yes I was actually looking for an outdoor fryer and I was able to find one that really is heavy duty the burner is actually a good quality and the look actually is very nice I am very happy with my purchase

I utilize this location when I am working on this end of town. It is convenient and easy to get in and out of. The survey needs to be updated as it doesnt take into account the self check out

Mike went about and beyond by informing me of the different air compressors they had in stock, which helped me decide what I needed. He provided great customer service and is knowledgeable, I can tell he enjoys his job! Thanks Mike!

Was having trouble funding what i wanted and most likely had list look on face and ended up having 3 people ask if they could help and then went and got one who got me a different one and a discount. Much beter friendly service

Since I am remodeling, I have had many occasions to visit the Home Depot in Yuma, AZ. Every time I enter I get a greeting and when wandering around, employees come and ask if I need help. You just don't get that kind of customer service anymore. Also every employee seems to know where everything is off the top of their heads. Impressed. The experience has made the frustration of home remodel less stressful with the good suggestions and help at this store.
