A:  Yes but periodically must be cleaned by a hose to prevent clogging.

A:  I don't see why it wouldn't work.  I used the product all across my gutters including the downspout section.  Obviously, it still won't keep out small particles but it would keep out leaves, acorns, small stems and other bigger items.  But you would still be losing out on keeping the majority of the gutters from potentially getting clogged.

A:  Yes. I've experimented with them and used them as a downspout strainer. In many cases no need to cut them, just lay them across the gutter over the downspout opening.

A:  Yes, you can cut GutterBrush with a hack saw, grinder with a thin metal cutting blade, sawzall, or bolt cutters. Each box comes with predominantly 3 foot lengths and each box also has 2 x 18" pieces for convenience. You can cut Gutterbrush tio make that last piece or you can fold it back into itself. A:  I had to cut one as well. Didn’t cause any problems for me. 

A:  These wire guards are designed for 5" K-Style gutters. If your awning has gutters (which would be unusual) and they are 5" K-Style, then they should work.

A:  GutterBrush will work on awning gutters if you get the right size that fills the width of the gutter without overly compressing the bristles. A:  These brushes go into gutters and keep leaves and debris from clogging up the gutters.   If your awning has a gutter affixed to it, the brushes will work.  If your awnings are frantic stretched over a frame with no gutter, there will be no place to insert the brushes.  

A:  It would work if it has a 5 inch gutter.

A:  Many people use GutterBrush to keep birds and insects from perching and nesting in their gutters. Wasps prefer to build nests under shelters which is a common issue with traditional gutter covers.

A:  The brush doesn't leave any room in the gutter for a wasp to build. It wouldn't prevent wasps from building under the gutter though.

A:  I’ve had it up for a couple years now and I have not seen any wasps !! Keeps the leafs out of the gutter very well

A:  Never ran into that problem.  I have used this product and I could not see wasps building nest inside of the bristles, they are too tight. I guess they could build on top but that would make them to vulnerable.  They do a great job of keeping the leaves out of the gutter though.  The only problem that I have found is that it traps dirt coming off the roof and the granules from the roofing.  Sure beets plugged gutters!
