Q:Is it possible to create a custom program? For example, when we wash bedding the spin automatically goes to medium as part of the designed sequence. We would like to be able to modify. For example we wanted high spin and we couldn’t use ‘bedding’.

Q:Is the WM4200HBA not suitable for pillows? I try washing bed pillows and it will never extract the water. Spends several hours (including all night long) trying and always ends in error UE. I know what that means. Even happens with two pillows.

Lights that you can’t turn on
Well I’m not sure i like it, its noisy, it has lights inside which is one reason i got it but there is no button to turn it on & i read the manual twice, i wish I got a smaller version or something with less buttons. I do like the chime telling you when it is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our washer was missing the rubber in the drain filter so water was running everywhere. Had to replace the filter. This washer is quiet. I dont like having to drain the water out the bottom. I still haven’t figured the cycles out. It’s a little overwhelming compared to my old whirlpool washer and dryer. It has a lot of features to choose from. I just need to figure out how to use them all. I do like the look of the appliances. Overall it’s a great purchase.

Top of the line
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased this washer/dryer set and love them! Washer is 5 cubic feet and can handle anything we put it in it. These are very efficient and quiet. Be sure you only use a tablespoon or less of detergent to avoid extra suds and damaging the tub. The washer automatically tells the dryer the best cycle to select which is cool. Got the pedestals for added height and these are perfect. Looking forward to years of reliability with these.

Love love love all of the features and options on...
Love love love all of the features and options on this washer! I was hesitant to buy a front load washer because I heard that they would eventually start to make clothes smell mildewed, but I have not had that issue and I love the size and options. I love that it syncs with my dryer and communicates load type to automatically set cycle type. The size of the washer is amazing as well. The app for the washer and dryer is very easy to use. Was easy to set up and sync to the app. So very happy I chose this set.
