The cooktop is IMPOSSIBLE to get clean
I love how this range bakes after I got a new rack because the other one wouldn't slide in and out. Now part of the finish is gone on the inside of the oven. But the worst part is the cooktop. There are wires in the glass and if you ever have a spillover, dynamite won't get it out. The technician came because I thought it was a flaw with the range, but he said it isn't and he could replace it for $500 bucks. I have tried literally everything and the tech even tried, too. The coating is off

Cooking has never been better!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with my choice. It has the features I wanted (and needed), and looks beautiful, too! Both the cooktop and ovens are easy to operate and cook much more evenly than my old range did. It also seems easier to maintain a constant temperature while simmering. I did agree with an earlier reviewer that said the stovetop knobs were very easy to turn just by brushing by, so there is a learning curve to avoid that, but I would like to say I REALLY LIKE the double rack in the bottom oven as it makes it much easier to get that casserole out!

Beauty AND functionality!

I really didn’t want to spend money on an appliance with Christmas right around the corner, but I decided if I had to, I wanted certain features. This range has almost everything on my list (I wanted a built in air fryer): beauty, sleek lines, double ovens, 5 burners (with one being a warming burner), and self cleaning. I had never heard of the easy clean feature but I must say I love it!

Beautiful style!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thrilled when my double oven finally arrived and was installed in my kitchen. The style is wonderful and I am exploring new features daily. This oven is not just another pretty appliance! It has so many new features it will take a while to use them all. First, the stovetop has ample burners and I love the warming spot. The double oven is fabulous and doesn’t heat up the entire house during our hot summers. The interior is a beautiful color and has the newest cleaning feature. I am thrilled beyond belief and am so happy I found this new LG oven!

New appliances
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a very bad leak in my home . Kitchen needed to be replaced. My old appliances was only 5 years old and still in good working condition. Still decided to replace them. Did some research and found LG had the best rating. Even the salesperson agreed. Have no complaints. My kitchen still doesn't have cabinets and the appliances look great. I have the washer and dryer as well for 3 yrs they were a great purchase as well.

Doesn't meet my expectations
I ordered this range in February and just received it. I so miss my maytag. This range is quirky at best. I don't know why the oven light switch turns on in both ovens when I'm needing it on one. The upper oven has 2 functions only: bake and broil. To set oven temperature, you hit this plus and minus button... it starts at 325 so going to 425 requires you to hit the plus over 15 times or hold it down and watch it spin by. ugh. The smaller oven 3.0 takes much longer to heat up then my old one. The easy clean requires you to add 8 oz of water in to oven and cleans quickly. But no way to get the 7 oz of water remaining out.... I used a ton of paper towels. Maybe missing something but the cryptic manual is of little use. I bought the because it was smart which I would not truly classify as such as a notification of oven timer can be done via my alexa devices. The technology in this unit reminds me of one from 20 years ago. Disappointing.

Cannot clean cooktop
DO NOT sauté, boil, or anyway cook anything on the cooktop that might splatter, spill, etc... on the surface. You WILL NOT be able to clean it off. I have tried distilled water, Windex, and dish washing detergent. I have not tried an abrasive cleaner. I will return this appliance if possible ( I ordered Nov 13, 2020 and received March 4th, 2021).
