Complicated. Can't get it to spin effectively. Clothing stays wet. Does not remove enough water from them. To slow. I am returning it.

so disappointed with this product and samsung. i will never buy a samsung product again and i will tell all my friends and family to stay away from samsung. i bought this product less than 2 years ago and the washer has completly died. had service tech come out and paid them $125 to tell us the control board is bad and it is $600 to replace it. called samsung and the representive told me i should have bought an extended warranty on it. yes its my fault that i didnt but i thought the product would last more than 2 years for the $1000+ i spent on them. i will replace this product with a better brand and stay clear from samsung and never buy any of their products ever again

We purchased this Washer in November 2018 and it was installed in December 2018. Learning to use took a few days to work out the quirks because this was our first energy efficient, smart appliance so finding the optimal wash settings took a few rounds. I do like the steam feature especially for bedding and towels. Overall, it's been a good washer but in July 2019 we noticed the rust on our clothes and after some investigating we noticed the Stainless Steel Tub is rusting. We just started Warranty Claim Process and are working with the Manufacturer. I highly recommend purchasing the Home Depot Extended Warranty because Home Depot is much easier to deal with than Samsung. I still have hope that it will work out well in the end.

This is a terrible washing machine. First, it doesn't seem to clean clothes well at all. Sometimes I take things out that look dirtier than when they went in! If anything at all soiled goes in a load it comes off on other clothes and leaves a dirty residue in the tank. Or, fuzzy fabrics might rub off on other things. I NEVER had these issues washing those kinds of items together with my last two LG front-load washers. Then, there is the fact that the washer DID NOT TURN ON when we got it. Home Depot did not test it when they installed it like they are supposed to, and we were past the period of time for them to come back and address it by the time we tried to use the washer because we'd been remodeling. So, I had to go through Samsung warranty. At first they said they would make an appointment to come service it, when they never made an appointment I called back to find out we were outside their service area. Eventually we got most of our money back and found someone locally who could diagnose and fix the issue (apparently the electronics board was the problem, and we weren't the only case of this). Now, the washer still seems "buggy". It will frequently freeze in the middle of a cycle (numbers not changing, nothing happening, not unbalanced) and we will have to unplug it to restart (luckily we can reach the plug easily, others would not be so "lucky"). The timer doesn't even seem to work properly. I once stood by it for over 5 minutes and it didn't change from saying 3 minutes remaining (and in this case the cycle was still running). How can they mess that up? I also wish it had an option for a smaller load. We got this washer for high capacity but that doesn't mean we fill it to the brim every time. Don't waste your money on this or any other Samsung large appliance (I also have complaints about the dryer we got to match).

Only had a week. So far so good. Has a deep tub and the steam function is great for bedding and towels.

While I think favourably with this washer, I also think Samsung needs to work on quality control. My washer made metal to metal noises on the backing cover plate (resolved with electrical tape around perimeter). Retainer clips were not installed fully and loose wire rubbing on shell inside of machine. All resolved but they should not have existed in the first place.Submitted resolution to Samsung and they referred me to issues that were unrelated and not experienced. No excuse for this poor workmanship.

Very easy to install great looking..not as quiet as I thought but works very well so far. Purchased matching dryer also very nice. Didn't bother with smart app bad reviews but easy to use but its tall so make sure you have adequate space to place.

Great washer, cleaned everything perfectly on normal cycle.

The built in sink seemed great but it mostly gets in the way, I have hit my head on it when unloading clothes to the dryer, and it can get in the way when adding detergent to the tray. Be careful with lots of bedding cuz it will be too heavy to spin. Overall great washer, easy to use.

I love everything about this except for its kinds loud. Theres a metal panel on the back that seems to rattle at times. If i put my hand on it it stops but im not gonna stand there the entire time. It still works great and its not horribly loud, its a big machine and can do huge loads so i assume some noise. Steam functions are great!
