Impossible!! to tight the bolts.
Even though This is a nice looking toilet. It is humanly impossible to tight the bolts in the back if you dont have at least 30 inch clearance on both sides and also a very skinny and flexible arm. I had to seal the bottom of the toilet witl silicone only on the sides and front and forget about tightening the bolts. now I have a 400$ dollar defective toilet in my bathroom.
The template that comes with the toilet for the installation does not even match the size of the toilet.

Nice toilet "in the pictures",but not n real life!
Cons:
~ If flange is 12" from the wall & it looks just like their picture - DO NOT PLAN on getting your hand or arm in there to tighten the bolts - there is no space to move unless you have a 5 year old that can tighten the bolts.
~ if your tub or sink is next to the toilet - YOU WILL NOT have any room to get into the back of the toilet to tighten anything down.
~ You have to have a deformed arm to be able to turn a 90 degree between the wall, the toilet just to get the bolts on to tighten them

Toilet works as expected, height is perfect
We have a window right above the toilet and needed a lower height toilet tank in back. This toilet works perfectly for our space and we have had no issues with the functionality, love that you have two options for flushing.

Ease of installation
The install was less than one hour total with my wife’s help. I rented a personal lift from a medical supply store. This lift has 4 hooks that make it easy to attach tie down straps and maneuver it in place while on the floor she lowered it in place.

So far so good, mainly. One of the two silver caps along the bottom exterior fell off right away and there doesn’t seem to be a way to secure it back on. This is my only complaint so far.

OMG....so I tried to get a seal on this 7 times, hired a plumber that tried for 3 hours and he co...
OMG....so I tried to get a seal on this 7 times, hired a plumber that tried for 3 hours and he couldn’t get a seal and didn’t know why it wasn’t working, and quoted me a couple grand to tear out and replace flange...finally realized hidden up under the corner there is a part hidden under the toilet that is leaking!!! So frustrated and wasted countless hours of time and had to pay for a plumber all because this product was defective!!! Terrible quality control, this is definitely something that was manufactured with a defect not something damaged in shipment...
