A: Hi Kinnari,
We recommend a 12 / 3 but you can use that as it just means the wiring might be thicker and harder to work with. Glen Dimplex Americas Customer Experience Team

A: First, I am not an electrician. But from what I understand, these units are the same except the product overview for Internet #202832850 is designed optimally for 208 volts. Internet #202909805 is designed to use with either 208 or 240 volts. 240 volts is most common today in residential. Also 208 volt item is white, the 208 - 240 volt item is beige. Again, I am not an electrician and only compared the specs on the two heaters.

A: HI Thatoneguy,
Rule of thumb is to have 10 watts per square foot, so you shroud technically have something that can provide 5000Watts which 2 of these will only amount to 3000 watts. If this is the only source of heat for the room it will not be enough. You can run them parallel as long as the thermostat allows for 3000watts. Glen Dimplex Americas Customer Experience Team
