A:  The rungs are about 3 1/4" deep. They fit just fine. This is a light and super strong ladder. We use it to get closer to our 11 to 14 feet ceilings. I feel very stable on the ladder. It is not nearly as heavy as the ladder you mentioned.

It has a shelf on top which is real handy to place light bulbs or air filters or tools so you don't need to be carrying them up the ladder.

A:  I am very happy with my Cosco ladder.....the steps are 4" front to back. This ladder is also very sturdy. I'm 6' 2" and weigh 270, and there's no wobble or shakiness at all. The ladder weighs 27 pounds and the carry handle is positioned so the ladder balances perfectly for carrying. I'm 70 years old, and have no trouble with it.

A:  Yes, Diane. Easily. The top cross piece will help you feel steady if you need to grasp it at all. Also the ladder is light enough with the excellent handle to maneuver. Just be careful of it's length when bringing indoors. Lamps , vases etc could get hit.

A:  This is a good ladder Bucky. I can't answer your question with certainty but I believe Home Depot will credit you the sale price of the ladder at the time of pick-up even though it may have already been charged to your credit card when shipped. Good luck!

A:  Not sure if it would fit inside Would have to put it right to the dashboard. Best to measure the dimensions of your SUV and get the dimensions of the ladder online. It would fit on the roof if you have crossbars.

A:  Yes, I took my headrest off my front passenger seat and laid the back seats down, it rested quite nicely on the dash for a quick ride home

A:  The ladder is 99 in. out/out I have a FORD EXCURSION it fits fine.

A:  It is almost 100 inches over all. I fit it in a Jeep Liberty, but I had to leave the back window hatch up, which was not a problem.
