Q:Where are the condenser coils located on this refrigerator for heat dissipation? How high an ambient temperature will this refrigerator still cool to 32 degrees?

Danby DAR026A1BDD doesn't have any condenser coils only evaporator coils located back part of the unit covered by the back panel. You can set the unit's temperature from 32 to 50°F with recommended ambient temperatures between 60 - 90°F. Thank you.
