A:  I also find the level does not allow to open enough for hot water and the level is not steady o tbe faucet. I will not buy it again

A:  Thank you for your question, tom! I do apologize the water temperature is not getting hot enough, but will be more than happy to help! There is a rotational limit stop inside the handle that would need to be adjusted. The Rotational Limit Stop can be adjusted to allow more hot water. To do this, pop off the temperature knob cover, remove the Phillips head screw, and pull of the temperature knob. You can then pull the Rotational Limit Stop out of the handle and adjust it to the desired position. Please also refer to page 7 of the Installation Instructions.
