The hand shower hose that comes with this is so short, it is basically useless for the show head. Is there a longer house we can replace it with?

My Supply House tells me Home Depot sell inferior product vs Supply Houses. I gave them both the EXACT SAME Model Numbers on 25-30 Delta and other Branded Valve and Trim Items. I DO NOT want inferior product but I don't know how this could be the case with the same Model/Part Numbers. Is there a different last digit that makes them different / better at supply houses? I don't really believe they are different and wanted to ask to hopefully get a straight answer . . . Thanks
