The water heater should not be located in an area where possible leakage will damage the area adjacent to it or to lower floors of the structure. Avoid installing your tankless water heater in a location prone to excessive humidity, moisture, or dust, or where it may be splashed with water or other liquids. The aerator reduces water flow, but does not reduce pressure. The temperature rise information is all stated on our website and marketed on the box as well.
