Q:How do you trim this material. does it have a tongue and groove. there is no molding on the website

Answer This Question
A: There is no tongue & groove. It’s just a corrugated panel with smooth inner surface & textured outer/finished surface. Use a fine-tooth circular saw designed for cutting plastic (I used one for cutting vinyl siding). Try searching the manufacturer’s website for info. on moldings.

Q:Hello. How many pounds per square foot pressure. I want use this materials to build car shed. I need to know if this materials snow resistance. Thank you. Boris Tilis.

Answer This Question
A: this panel is not structural, it is a covering material.
use of this material in an application subject to snow loads would require a smaller rafter spacing.
Of concern is exposure, both to elements in general, weather resistance is not defined (that I have seen).
Long term exposure to the suns UV rays would likely degrade this material.
I will look for research on this topic as I too need something like this in a sunny location.
