Q:We are missing a socket ring for a 3 light bath fixture by Hampton Bay that we purchased a few weeks ago. The model number is HB2577-35DISP. How do I go about getting a replacement?

A:  I would just return it for a new one. I don't think parts are easy to come by for those.

A:  If a part was missing the store should replace the light with a new one. You could also try contacting Hampton Bay customer support.

    A:  The fixture does not rust.I installed this fixture at our beach house over 4 years ago where the humidity is very high and we have had no issues.

                            Q:What is the wire material? Can the vanity wiring be connected straight to aluminum house wiring, or does it need something in between like alumiconn connectors?

                            A:  The ground wire is copper and the 2 power (black and white) wires are silver colored metal - I dont know what that metal is. If you are replacing an existing light, you should have no issues with wiring it up to existing wiring.
