A:  Zeke, this product is intended for indoor use; if using outside, seal with a weather-protectant finish and place in a covered or protected area.We would not recommend it being used somewhere it has a chance of constantly being exposed to water.

A:  Hello Diy, If you have complete confidence in the old OSB, this material would be fine for making the walking surface nicer to be on, but it would not be adequate on its own to support people or items up there.
