Q:How wide is the gap between the two panels of glass for the 58-60" model glass doors? My opening has been measured by 4 different glass cos & vary from 59 7/16- 59 9/16ths. Also, can square bars be supplied stock or no bar option stock? TYVM

A:  Hello, the distance seperating the two panels on the threshold is 1.75 inches. opening widths indicated are covered by the 60 inch overall width of the unit selected. The header bars sent will be full stock length and then can be cut down as needed.

      Q:I attempted to order a 80" tall shower from a local HD and the ProDesk said Holcam was not on their list of vendors. I tried calling Holcam and was bounced between the Washington and Dallas office. How do I order aa taller door?

        Q:I've noticed in stores that some brands have soft close sliding doors. Are there any rubber stoppers to help mitigate noises or are they somewhat loud?

        A:  Hello, All our sliding doors have bumpers/stoppers to minimize the noise from closing the door. The Luna has a vinyl bumper on the edge of the glass, and rubber stoppers at the wall.
