Q:i have a sloped ceiling is the arleigh adaptable for a downrod for sloped ceilings

A:  I don't think so as the mounting plate is mounted directly to the power junction box. You may be able to build a wedge block to adapt to the ceiling angle to make a flat/ level plate and extend the power supply through the wedge so that the mounting plate would be parallel to the floor and the fan would hang straight down as it is designed to do. We love our ceiling fan and the light is great! as well. Good luck.

            Q:Hi Can I get a LED light replacement kit for the Home Decorators Arleigh 44" ceiling fan (model # AM589H-WH)? Currently the LED light kit included with the fan fixture is rated at 3000K light appearance which is a warm light, adding to that when the light dome cover is placed to finish the assembly the room lighting becomes inefficient. Can someone tell me if there is a LED light kit or replacement part for this fan that is in the range of 4000-4500 kelvin (cool light appearance) and greater than a 120v light output . If there is one can I get the information and How and where i can purchase it. Thanks in advance.

                Q:When switch on the wall is on and I pull the chain to turn the light off there is a dim glowing light on one half of the light kit. Also if I leave the light off via the chain and then turn the switch off at the wall and go back and pull the chain to turn the light on (even though it should be off at the switch... The light flashes. Any idea what could be causing this and is the glow normal?
