If you find that your spray head is not retracting into the holder, your counter weight is either installed incorrectly or something in the cabinet is interfering with its motion. Every model sink has unique cutout dimensions that are required, and this is due to the length, width, and corner radius. Because of this, each sink has a unique cutout that is not shared by other model sinks.
