A:  Locking the door from the inside and then pulling it closed behind you will not cause the door to unlock.

A:  The set screws that hold the levers on are reverse threaded and pre-installed in the chassis shafts. Open the door and unlock it. Place the lever onto the shaft and insert the 3/32 Allen wrench in the hole on the side of the lever. Rotate the Allen wrench to tighten the lever in place. If the set screw needs replacing, please contact our Support Team for further assistance at 1-800-327-5625.
