A:  Hello, Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry the glass and screen inserts were not installed with the window frame. The top/stationary glass and screen will insert in the outer most track. We recommend the screen insert be installed first, insert this at an angle with the slide corner keys at the bottom. The top/stationary glass (narrower one) will install next, tilting the top of the glass and then straighten it out, engaging the fingerpulls at the bottom of the glass and aligning it with the top of the screen. The bottom of the top glass will rest on the screen once it is installed. The operating glass will insert in the inside track, tilt the top of the window and straighten the glass once installed, engage the fingerpulls at the bottom of the glass insert for it to lock in. A:  Thank you for your question. The L201 is in exterior storm window, intended to be installed outside of your primary window. We’d recommend installing blinds on the interior of your home. In terms of noise reduction, we’d recommend a couple inches of dead air space between the primary window and the storm window.

A:  The Performance Storm Windows are available in white, brown, and mill finish.

A:  You will not need to reverse any panes. The storm windows do come standard where the operation of the window is from the inside of the home.

A:  These storm windows cannot be installed on the interior of the home; however, Larson does offer storm windows that are intended to install on the inside of the home. Please search for ComfortSEAL storm windows. We offer them in three styles and a variety of colors.

A:  Our storm windows are intended to be installed as an overlap mount or a blindstop mount. An overlap mount would install over your opening. A blindstop mount would install within the opening. Each vertical side of our storm window has an inch of nailing flange, and the nailing flange on each side can have 1/2" trimmed off.
