      A:  Good morning, typically all Lesco Double Eagle grass seed contains the following information: % PURE SEED COMPONENTS AND GERMINATION PERCENTAGE 33.33% ALIGN II PERENNIAL RYEGRASS 90% GERMINATION 32.74% EVOLVE PERENNIAL RYEGRASS 90% GERMINATION 32.06% VIRTE PERENNIAL RYEGRASS 90% GERMINATION So, in this case 98.13% is a named variety of perennial ryegrass with 90% germination.         A:  Good morning, most turf grasses have some fungus problems depending on the season and condition of the turf. Over-fertilization and too much water are the main culprits in promoting fungus. Look for unusual brown patchiness especially in the late spring or early summer.           A:  Good morning, You'll want to start cutting back on watering to every 4-5 days for the next couple weeks and then every 7 to 10 for next couple of weeks. After that time, water as necessary. You can start mowing as soon as it gets tall enough to remove about 1/4 of the leaf blade.
