Answer This Question

A:  I went by the reviews a lot of the reviews say the impeller doesn’t clean the clothes and they wish they would’ve stayed with the agitator so I went with the agitator and so far no regrets

Q:Can you wash a king size comforter or Medium weight down comforter king size in this machine
          by|Jan 8, 2021
          1 Answer
          Answer This Question

A:  That will depend on the fluffiness or how bulky your king size comforter is. A capacity of 3.8 cubic feet is generally considered as being large enough to accommodate most king size comforters so the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.8 cu. ft. Mega Capacity Smart wi-fi Enabled Top Load Washer with Agitator and TurboWash3D™ Technology, Model # WT7305CW should be able to accommodate it...^IFV

Q:How does a small snow event cause the delivery to be pushed back 2 weeks? Prior to purchasing, we confirmed on the website and with the sales person that our washer would be delivered within 1 week of our purchase. Two days after we paid for it and 5 days before the scheduled delivery, we got 3" of snow, overnight, in New Jersey, that was cleaned-up within hours. That night, we received a phone call from LG letting us know that our delivery is delayed for 2 weeks. For the life of me, I can't figure out how a less than 24 hour snow event that happened 5 days before my scheduled delivery date delayed the delivery of our washer for 2 weeks. I called customer service, in accordance with the instructions for submitting questions on the website, and they couldn't explain why there is a 2 week delay.

A:  Turns out they use an out of state delivery scheduler and many of the delivery people are independents some with their own delivery vehicle at times even rented. The scheduler has no way of knowing local conditions and at times must deal with the drivers schedule ad well. They say more efficient and less cost, it's still a royal pain.

A:  There is a sensor in the machine where if it’s a small load, it will only fill the tub enough for that size load. Love this feature!

                            by|Jan 29, 2021

A:  The washer automatically adjusts the water level for the type and size of wash load for best results and maximum efficiency using load sensing. ^Daphane

A:  Apparently not. This is a HE washer even though it comes up on various non-HE lists. I'm beginning to think there's no such thing as a non-HE washer any more. If I buy this one, or one like it, I'll have to wash EVERY load on the full tub setting to get the water level I want. I've used various HE washers at friends & family and none of them wash properly. I live in the country. My clothes get DIRTY. I don't use fabric softener due to the chemicals. HE washers don't get DIRTY clothes CLEAN - they 'wash' partially clean clothes that people wear to the office half heartedly and since most people use fabric softener and a dryer (instead of hanging on a clothesline to save energy), they don't notice the gradual STINK of truly unwashed clothing.

A:  I’m pretty sure you can’t select water level. It’s an HE washer so it users very little water in the first place.

A:  This is a top loader. I got rid of the front loader for that reason. I have had my top loader for nearly a year and no smells. About every 10 loads I do run whites with bleach. That will keep away smells I imagine.

A:  Yes. Press the pause button. You have to wait a second to hear the door unlock. Load and un pause, if it is a big item the washer may or may not add water and then it resumes.

A:  Yes, and it actually has a button to tell it you are adding an additional item. That way it can balance and add more water if needed.
