A:  These are for energy improvements so you will file a special form on your taxes. It is a dollar for dollar credit for up to 30% or 2000 dollars whichever is less. In this case, it would lower your tax burden by around 1000 dollars.

A:  Be aware, running the line-set out the side like you're suggesting, is possible but is significantly more difficult, especially the left side... because you have to connect the lines without the unit mounted to the wall. It's a much more difficult install

A:  Hey Bill, There is a knockout spot on either side of the air handler for side installation for the line sets.

A:  Hello Vince, The DIY 18k system is a 220v system.

A:  Hello Toolman, Unfortunately, the DIY Single Zone Systems come with the 25 ft line set pre-packaged in the box with the condenser. The 36k condenser is recommended to use a 30 amp double pole breaker.
