A:  NOON try to tighten the collar near the handle.

A:  It should snap back into the neck securely. I don't know what the gizmo is that controls that---magnet?, mechanical catch?

A:  I had to tighten the collar (beauty cover) around the stem. It worked on mine. Good luck

A:  THIS IS THE ONE I PUT WITH THE FAUCET. Pfister Model # KSD-M1YY Internet # 202198041 Kitchen Soap Dispenser in Tuscan Bronze Actually this is is from another collection, Marinelle (sp). It does not say so in this listing but I know it is. It looks just GREAT with this faucet! Believe it or not I I got the pump first because I liked it so much, and then looked for a faucet to match. The Canton was the best match out of all the faucets I looked at (hundreds) . That is how good they look together. Will send a picture later today when I have time. Debbi

A:  didn't look for one but there will be one that matches even if its not the actual same model , i fitted a filtered water spout from another manufacturer and it looks as though they were made for each other

A:  2 - yes, there is a pause button.

A:  There are 2 buttons on the sprayer. Yes, there is a pause button. The button for the shower spray remains depressed so you have continuous shower spray without having to hold it down. (I had another faucet that required you to hold the button down in order to have the shower spray). When the pause button is pushed and released, the spray goes back to a normal stream.

A:  Pfister model F5297CNY offers 3 spray options accessible with a touch of button. Spray, regular stream and pause. The pause feature is not to be used as a shut off, if the water needs to be completely turned off it must be turned off at the handle.

A:  Two. One is the pause button. It also acts as a reset to you don't have to turn the water off and on to go from sprayer back to stream. It's pretty great.

A:  Hi Becky, I ordered this product on line and picked it up at the store as I did not see it in my local Home Depot. However, last week I was there and did see it now in stock at my location. You could always call or check in your local store. If they don't have it, don't hesitate to order it and pick it up in the store. I received an email that my faucet was ready for pickup about 7 days after I ordered it. Pickup took about 5 minutes and returns are hassle free.

A:  There are 2 in stock at store #1273 in the town of Irondequoit, Rochester, NY 14621 as of 2/26/14. There's the problem: I don't know where you live. This item was recently offered to the Home Depot Seeds reviewers which may be why it's out of stock online. Call your store and maybe they can find one for you.

A:  I just checked in my local area Southern Calif and there are none in stores. Costa Mesa had one but the box was opened. I was looking for my dad which is why I know. Not sure if they will be in the stores any more hard to find. Can still get i ton line I think
