Q:Has anyone used this to repair large area of existing screen on window, and would I have to improves how to adhere it to existing damaged part of screen?

Answer This Question
A: Hello, we do sell screen repair tape - which is adhesive mesh. However, it is not the same construction as our Extra Strength screen. I would highly recommend replacing the entire screen using the roll of mesh and spline. We do sell all-in-one kits for Extra Strength as well in case you need new spline or spline tool as well for this project. Good luck with your project!

Answer This Question
A: There is only enough material in one roll to cover an area of 36in wide by 84in long. This would not cover eight 33" windows. For additional assistance, please contact our customer service team through live chat at www.adfors.com or 1-800-762-6694.

Q:Would this product be used well for a screened in front porch? I'm planning on using a nail gun to attach to the frame. How many would I need for a 12x32 area?

Answer This Question
A: Hi Alison,
We do sell 36in. by 100ft rolls of our Extra Strength mesh, which may be more cost effective for your project. Although it is not the recommended use you could use a nail gun, however, it could cause tears in the screen around where the nails are placed over time. Some people also use staple guns as the entry points are smaller than a nail.
We offer a range of other screen mesh types: Clear Advantage for better visibility from your porch, Small insect for better insect protection, solar, pool and patio, or pet.
Thank you.

Q:Is this adjustable as in I can cut it down to the size I need ?

Answer This Question
A: Hi Destiny, our screen rolls are easily cut down to the size that you need after you secure it into the frame with spline. We do also sell a ScreenZip tool to easily cut the excess screen mesh, however any boxcutter/exacto knife will do well.
