A:  No. I bought one 9 months ago. They delivered it to me very well, but I stopped working and I was almost two months trying to get a guarantee from Samsung in the end, I'm still waiting. I had to buy another 4 days ago. very bad experience.

              A:  The microwave comes with the grease and charcoal filters. The grease filters should be removed and cleaned at least once a month. The charcoal filter should be replaced every 6 to 12 months and more often if necessary. We thank you for choosing Samsung! ^Lena

                  Q:The microwave is going to be installed in a newly remodeled kitchen. I need the installation specifications with respect to the outdoor venting. The link for the installation specifications connects to the User Manual which does not have the information. I cannot access the information on the Samsung website and contacted a customer service rep who said he would email it to me. I have not received it. How can I obtain the installation specifications???
