For the Mrs. She needed one!

Did a paint and mold removal in my 80+ year old basement. Lots of grinding and sanding of old poured concrete walls, lead paint, and mold. Spayed bleach solution on floors and walls as well. Not a single smell made it through, including bleach. It was easy to breath.

I wanted to upgrade my current air filter mask and this product was on sale for $34. It seems to work well enough and is light and relatively comfortable to wear.

Good Fit and very comfortable. There is however no indication of how to size them most men will be a large.

Wow! This thing works great!

I've been buying 3M respirators for years, for use in woodworking, painting etc. But these are assembled differently with the head straps being continuous with the back of the neck strap. Don't like that "feature"

The product worked as expected and was very handy for working in small spaces with saw dust flying everywhere.

I love the 3M Brand. Durable and reliable for sure. I have multiple products from 3M and a couple of these type of masks. 3M in my personal opinion is top shelf in this industry. Especially where my life and safety is a major concern!

Easy to breathe and put on. Saved my lungs.

The mask needs the filters. Doesn’t make it any better to be able to get part of the product but not the refills.

Very comfortable mask, can wear for long time without discomfort. Very good filtration no smell bleed through for the stuff I do.

When you loosen the mask up it falls down to your chest and you need to pull on each of the side straps to get it back in place to fast that again. As a respirator it seems to work well.

State certified HAZMAT and abatement professional. I would not recommend this respirator for much more than sawdust clean up. 2 design flaws I’m sure were added to make the respirator more versatile but, in the field actually make it much less effective. I’ll start with the slide through single piece straps. They run from the top head strap, through the mask and then out the bottom to lower strap around neck. All 1 piece. So what happens is no matter how tight you adjust it, the mask will either slide up your face, or slide down the straps and off your face. Or off it’s seal I should say. Separate upper and lower straps don’t do this. Second flaw is the adjustable head piece. The old 1 piece design was fine, no problems from myself or anyone I work with and of course we all have different size heads. This new design has a snap adjustable head piece that doesn’t properly snap or lock in. So it easily pops apart and your mask falls to your chest. I understand trying to make a product more useful and versatile but these flaws render this respirator useless and dangerous for the user. I would not recommend for these reasons and we won’t be using these masks in the field.

This was more than what I needed. I bought it more for keeping out wood, acrylic and metal dust. I make knives, so sometimes I also have chemical fumes. It provides an excellent seal and I didn't have "blacksmith's nose" afterward. The only complaint I have is a result of my bone structure and not the mask's fault. That is that i get a little soreness in the bridge of my nose despite the comfortable, soft seal material.
