Very simple to install and performs well. I wasn’t sure whether I could have a remote as my fireplace has no electrical outlet but this solved my problem and works perfectly.

Look realistic and we enjoy having the fires during fall and winter.

Have had similar gas log appliances for 40 years - this is by far the one that provides the most natural looking fire. Very pleased and think it’s worth the price

Easy setup. Only took an hour or two. All the part were there in 2 heavy boxes. No broken/chipped logs. Logs look great! The remote is very handy, but takes some getting used to. You need to make sure the receiver box is in the "Remote" position. Press and hold the ON button. You can vary the flame somewhat with combinations of ON and OFF. The 24" size is perfect for my 40" firebox.

i bought two of these the first one i would rate as excellant altho i have only tried them out since its still summer. the second one the flame seems a little low on the high setting and the low setting doesn't seem to be much at all. remotes have worked fine but have not put anything to hard use yet

I had a problem with the pilot element - it was not extended enough to be in the pilot flame. This caused the system to shut off the gas after a few minutes of operations. I called the manufacturer and received excellent help from the tech person who over 2 calls explained how to fix it.

This was an excellent choice for our smaller fireplace, but the automatic starter and remote hardware attached to the burner still offsets it a little off-center to the left. Also, the "variable" flame remote really has only two flame settings, high and very low. Still, my wife loves it, and that is what is important.

Logs arrived before expected date. No logs were broken packaged very well. Fairly easy to install. Look like the picture video watched when ordered. Very happy with them. Would recommend these gas logs.

Pilot would not light. Customer service was no help. Disappointed
