I had a heck of a time getting the walls...
I had a heck of a time getting the walls and back of the shower. The base came first and someone evidently put it all down as delivered. It took nearly 5 weeks total to get the rest of it as it had to be reordered. A nightmare!! But, it’s all here and installed now finally and I do love my American Standard Ovation shower kit.

Nightmare!!!
It's been 2 years and many hours of trying to stop the leaking. Now that I've installed this thing once I might be able to install it a 2nd time and have it not leak? Make sure you use 100% silicone on the base when installing the walls as this is not in the instructions. I also used the the proper tub surround for the walls and they are so thin the walls are cracking in some spots at the point the tub surround has secured the walls. Caveat Emptor. I'm replacing at some point soon. Not sure with what though. Let the nightmare end.

Do not waste your money
Talk about junk, do not waste your time or money on this. I installed it, and 3 days later ripped it out and installed a different brand.
The base was nice but the walls don't bother. Total waste of $500 and time. The walls are very thin and flimsy.

We’ve only had the shower installed for a few weeks,...
We’ve only had the shower installed for a few weeks, but so far we’re happy with it. It feels solid, which we worried it wouldn’t at such a reasonable price, and we haven’t had any leaks yet(knock on wood). It was my husband’s first time installing a shower, and while I don’t think he’d say it was easy, I didn’t hear too much cursing, either. So far so good!

One of the side panels was manufactured incorrectly, and so needed to be trimmed before installing. Also it was not clear that the drain was not included, especially since the manual online made it seem as though it was.

Replaced shower drain had to be repositioned because smaller base....
Replaced shower drain had to be repositioned because smaller base. Leveling base in a tight area was difficult, but once we had it in the walls were easy to assemble.

I gave this 3 stars because it is just OK....
I gave this 3 stars because it is just OK. The base is extremely solid and heavy which is a good thing. The sides however are very soft, pliable plastic so it is essentially flimsy. It requires rigid bracing all around. Unlike one-piece showers and other 3-4 piece showers I've installed this one does not seem to be up to typical American Standard quality. I'm disappointed to say the least but after spending almost $1200 on this one (with the doors and bottom ) I realize I could have gotten a more rigid one-piece unit or I could have had a nice tiled shower.

Terrible Instillation
My dad has been working on putting the corner panels in for 5 hours now. He is experienced in remodeling homes. We followed the instructions on this product instillation to a tee. We still cannot get the corner panel to stick, because they sent a center panel that was about an inch too short. We’ve even tried using silicone (after using what was recommended). Now I am stuck without a shower in the house until I either go spend another 500 dollars on something that actually works or American Standard sends me a new one.
