Shower tray was not level even though the instruction insist on you making sure the floor was The shower door instruction are terrible and almost impossible to install the doors if you follow them. The main screws used to assemble the were very poor quality soft heads and a couple of time got half way in and the loosing grip on the screwdriver. Getting past that the shower looks great

This unit required extensive framing and did not fit together well. If you do not have a good tool inventory to modify the connections you will have a difficult time obtaining a good seal at the joints. The first unit arrived with cracks but HD reordered and the replacement unit was fine. This is not a unit for the average homeowner to install.

Turnout great. Would recommend. We have a small bathroom after having a tub, this gives a big shower in small footprint

Nice product but a challenge to install when the walls aren’t plumb and square. One issue I failed to recognize was the challenge of replacing flooring after the unit was installed with my lack of experience with flooring installation. Overall I am very pleased now that the shower is installed.

Yep , Not tooooooo small and not to Big But just right for me . OK it seems to be a good design , Strong design ,should work for American standards Quality .

showed up 2 weeks late . box totally crushed like gorillas handled it . had 1 crack i saw as i installed found another that shows . my customer had been without a shower for 2 weeks . i had no choice but to install . at this point not even sure i'm getting paid for it . 1st and last time i will deal with home cheapo

We bought it based on what we needed for our very small bathroom. It says it's 30" x48", when in fact the width at the widest is 34". That was misleading. We had difficulty in finding a toilet and vanity that would fit around that misnomer. Otherwise, we're satisfied with it.

Difficulty snapping to base and wall are cheap and flimsy for the cost. Very disappointed in this kit.

Purchased all 3 pieces for the shower. Very nice. Plenty of room even with shelves. Walls very easy to install. We put base against studs, but walls went over drywall.

I stalked easier than expected, thickness of walls could have been more. Added cross support for walls, mounted directly to studs. Was happy overall with installation.

This is a great shower. Although there were some issues because we need a new back wall, cracked the one during installation. We certainly love it!

Wrong size and there isn't a shower pan!

It was so cheaply made. I returned the product. American Standard could take a lesson from Sterling.

When I went to pick it up from the HD (Home Depot) that has it in stock, it was cracked. The HD staff roder it for me. But it is now 1 month later, and it is not ready for pick up yet. I will give a much better review assuming HD has a good one for for me to picked up.

Excellent product but doesn’t offer interlocking flexibility. Other than that, I highly recommend it.

There is plenty of room to move around! Love it!

I didn't Install this item but my contractor didn't have any problems so I would say that it was designed well. As for being the end user, what more can you say other than it cleans up easily and we are very happy with it.

Unfortunately I’m stuck with this poor very thin quality material from American Standard as I was on a deadline, paid for it and had to use it. I look forward to it when it has the be replaced. I definitely will not go with this brand again, by sight it may appear ok but if you push on it you might push a hole in it!

Although this initially feels very flimsy once mounted feels fairly solid the back wall because of its long expanse is really too thin and should be thicker and stiffer would definitely recommend it be installed with a solid wall behind it as the studs just don't provide enough stiffening to it we didn't do a trial fitting and if had would have opted for a solid wall behind it as it was too flimsy with just the studs and the glue would not stiffen it much more. also would be nice if a grab bar was molded into it between the 2 middle shelves as that would also provide additional stiffness and definitely add a convenient place to hang wash clothes etc.. The Fit and finish and appearance are all very pleasing to the eye and all pieces fit together tightly and with a consistent gap from top to bottom and the sides to the back.
