I love my new storm door. I wanted a completely glass storm door because my door to the outside is red and now you can see the whole thing. It’s very sturdy and nice and comes with the hardware and a screen if I want to switch it out. The price is very good and I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Looked nice when installed. Then came a season change. The retainer strips are total garbage and if you watch the video (also read the comments on their retainer strip installation video to see how well this garbage is received) they seriously expect us to keep buying new retainer strips? They know this is garbage, the know the design sucks and people hate it, COMMENTS ARE 6, 7 YEARS OLD... but that's ok every year new suckers will buy this garbage and then it's too late. Good quality and an easy pickup

The handle came with a stripped set screw. I called the Anderson support line and was told that's not covered under warranty and it would cost me $103 for a new handle. They would not give me a supervisor until I asked her to just send me to the survey at the end of the call. Then I got a supervisor. He initiated a video call, looked at the handle and screw and could see that the threads were bad. New part is coming. Door is also flimsy and the instructions are not complete.

This storm door was easy to install. Kinda fool proof. Looks so good! Had questions regarding install. Reached out to Andersen, spoke to an agent who quickly answered my concerns.

I love this door. It looks and works so nice. I love the weight of it. Makes me feel safe when I leave my wood door open. . I am going back and getting another for my Florida room.

The quality is very good, nice solid door with good appearance. The instructions were easy to follow and installation took about 1.5 hours.

The door looks great and wasn't too difficult for my partner and I to install. The directions were a little vague about orientation at certain times, but common sense got us through it without any mistakes.

Holes were not lined up properly, metal shaving still on the door, and seems were not tight.

Great door especially for the price. Took a little longer than it should have since a few of the pre-drilled holes did not align. Very happy with my purchase and the dogs love to lay in front of the door and catch some sun.

Purchased the 2000 series storm door in March 2024. Chose the Bronze color that was a special order. Storm door installed by Home Depot contractor. The door looks good but made with cheap materials. Too much plastic and light weight that was not expected. Chose the door because had a lock and called a storm door. Disappointed in the lack of quality/sturdy materials. Older door that had to be replaced were sturdier but had no locks. New is not better due to cheap materials.

the storm door looks great, closes well and was simple to install. nice brass handle as well!

All necessary hardware was included in box, items well made in USA. Directions were easy to understand. Took me 5 hours roughly to install as I had never installed one of these storm doors. I installed the closer on top to have more room on the bottom. Online videos were a big help. My wife and dog loves the door!

Hi, Folks. I returned the door as it wasn’t what I wanted. I then ordered the model 4000. This hasn’t arrived yet.

I like the sturdiness of the door. I dislike the fact that they don’t offer keyed alike lock when multiple doors are ordered for the same house.
