the blade worked like a charm. Went through the granite without a problem. The blade I would recommend without a doubt. The only problem was trying to get an answer to a question I had regarding blade rotation from Home Depot. I submitted the question, advised it was an approved question, and never received an answer.

I bought this tile blade to cut my new granite tiles that I was going to put on my fireplace hearth. The blade itself lasted quite a while and the cuts came out nice and clean! Couldn't ask for more than that!!

This blade is high quality built, however, it comes with unsolvable issue; it has a 1" inch arbor that is unlikely to fit majority of tile saws out there that are mostly 5/8 arbors! I called Archer to inquire about this matter; Archer recommended that I order a 0.99 ¢ arbor adapter ring. The rings are ridiculously cheap, yet they want you to pay $13 ground shipping! Not feasible at all ... I even tried a Harbor Fright 1" to 5/8 adapter ring (Saw Blade Bushing Set) but they didn't help, so I don't except the Archer ones work due to that brass ring built-in the blade. Finally, I returned this Archer blade (Thanks Home Depot for the smooth return) and ordered a Rubi blade from Home Depot again ... and finally I have a winner.

It is hard to find saw blades that are good without a water cooling system and this one cuts very well without a water system. I cannot speak to longevity but it feels very solid and of good quality.

I used 1 blade to cut all the granite in my kitchen. I imagine I could do another kitchen with the same blade. Well worth the $10 I spent on it.

Granite counter top project went smooth with this blade. Cuts were fast, smooth and clean. Fantastic results and my wife was amazed at her new counter tops.p

I had to DIY cut my granite slabs at home. I was very concerned about a dry cut process but soon found it to be no big deal with the right blade.

I used this wheel to cut a granite counter top. The cut was about 26" and did not chip out once.

I've been cutting granite pieces for a side business I've been running for several years. I use a Milwaukee angle grinder and have used many different blades you can find in the store. I found this one online when I was ordering something else and just decided to try one because it put me over the $45 mark for free shipping. I was skeptical since I've tried a few that claimed to be good for granite, but were no better than the standard blade. This thing was far better than any I've used and cut like....well, not like butter because nothing does through granite, but MUCH easier, cleaner and quicker than any other blade. Plus it's about the same price as most blades I've used. I'm back today to order another five. You won't be sorry with this one.

I ordered quite a few of these based on prior experience with other blades but was rather surprised I didn't have to use all of them. I went through 5 blades, about 40 granite countertops (cutting to dimensions and sink+stove cutouts), 2 angled grinders, and more hours than I can count. I really put these blades through some heavy use and can definitely recommend them to others as well as use them myself in the future.

I am in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada with a Metabo 6 inch grinder. I needed to cut away about 4 inches deep of bedrock (granite) 2 feet by 1 foot to lay a step to the lake at my cottage. The ONLY 6 inch diamond cutting wheel I could find here was $100CAD!!!! AT $16 US this was a deal. Had 2 delivered to a HD near my sister in Florida and picked it up there. Wish I could get these in Canada!!! Why don't HD.com and HD.ca cooperate? One did the job easily. I scored on a grid and chipped out with a carbide chisel. Now I need another carbide chisel. Ouch again!!!

I used it to cut some small and thin granite panels with my grinder. It did well. The value is the best compared with others.

The blade is well crafted and at a great price. Beats most value blades out there.

This blade does not make a smooth cut. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Thanks MJ
