Looks beautiful! Still working on the room renovation, but it’s exactly the look I wanted!

Exceeded my expectations. I did not know what I was getting but upon opening the first box I was excited. Planks are easy to install and the different sizes make it unique. Some still had some rottenness which is fine. Had my 8 year old help assemble and nail a few rows all by himself. Happy customer!

I used this wood as an accent wall for my family's business front office we are renovating and fell in love with it so much I used it for an accent wall in my kitchen which was already brown. It opened up the kitchen, made it look bigger and much less boring!

This is exactly what I was wanting. The rustic look with different colors and the weathered texture. I highly recommend this shiplap.

We were tired of seeing shoeprints on the wall under the breakfast bar. Kind of a "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em" solution. Now you can't tell shoeprints from dirty old barnwood 😆 I took a few plain pieces and added a very (VERY) thin coat of chalkpaint from different furniture my wife has done in the house. Be aware the wood can have different thicknesses (not just widths). So it can be tough to wrap as I had to. All in all, great product. Highly recommend.

The Barnline reclaimed lumber was exactly what I was looking for to add an accent wall in my bathroom. The colors are exactly as shown. LOVE IT!

Every board is different. At first I did not love all the boards however when put together with a little time to layout I could not be happier. I also did a very very light sand, looks even better!

If you don’t mind paying a few extra dollars, I highly recommend this Barnwood selection. Every piece is authentic, natural, and has a story to tell.

I'm absolutely pleased with the product. It's just what I envisioned in my mind, for my rustic glam look. I can't express how perfect it fit my project.

Pros: - The woodgrain is pretty and varied - The pieces are straight and cut to accurate widths Cons: - A number of the pieces were only 12 and 18" long which are not so useful - The pieces had some bowing across the grain I made picture frames.

Easy to install on ceiling using a little liquid nails and nails. Really happy with the way this came out, but more importantly the wife is as well!

Great product looks great on any wall I put it on my ceiling in my bathroom looks phenomenal change the whole look at my bathroom I would definitely recommend this product great quality

It was better than I expected!

This product made this project easy and it turned out beautiful. There were a number of colors and sizes in each box, gave me a lot to choose from. With a skill saw, nail gun/brad nailer I was able to finish the project in a day. Very easy to install and you don’t have to be a professional carpenter.

This was a fun project that gave us the perfect focal wall. Planks are a beautiful array of colors with varying widths of boards that add even more character. We're starting our second project in our RV! Customer service goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy!

At my local store there are three grades of the BARNLINE product lines. Barnwood with Weathering for $74.98/box, Antique Wood for $54.98/box, and Reclaimed Barnwood for $39.87/Box. The weathered barnwood is beautiful and I purchased 21 boxes to cover serveral walls in my home. The way the boxes are stacked, they come in 3 layers with 5" pieces and 3" pieces and 1 layer of 4" pieces. The 4" pieces are all that is visible when you look at an unopened box. Of the 21 boxes, 13 boxes had 5" pieces that should have been sold as Reclaimed rather than weathered. I have added a picture for reference. I ended up staining some of these, but mostly being unable to use the 5" pieces. All of the 3" and 4" pieces were good. I ended up with 4-5 boxes of unusable 5" pieces. It seems that BARNLINE is hiding this lower cost wood under the higher cost wood to sell for a premium. Do better and just sell it for what it is....

This gave me exactly the look I was going for. In just 2 days I had a beautiful accent wall behind my bed. Only a couple of issues with boards splitting/ crumbling when using a nail gun to install. Something to keep in mind if you have people with allergies in the home...this is reclaimed wood with dust, lichen, and cobwebs included not to mention a lot of dust.

This wood is a breeze to cut and install and it looks absolutely fantastic on our wall. The whole job only took about five hours to complete.

Great product! Put up an accent wall in ~5 hours. Good option for areas like New Mexico where reclaimed barn wood is non-existent.

I am a huge researcher when it comes to things like this. I did a lot of investigating, requesting samples, etc. By far, the Home Depot kit I ordered in April of this year installed was the best value, highest quality barn wood I could find!! I am super happy with the way it looked. My handyman/carpenter said it was "fun and so easy to work with." Check it out...The wood is not a cheap painted imitation. It is real wood with real textures. It is thicker than most I found.

I picked out and ordered this product but my husband installed it. What I liked about it was that it had a nice variation in colors, size of boards and length. My husband indicated it was fairly easy to install other than a little time consuming when he had to cut boards for wall or switch plates. We followed directions which indicated to use same size boards for each row. We are very happy with the results. I think it turned out better than we had hoped. We will have to spray paint the plates and covers for the built in speaks for the wall but overall really pleased with how it turned out. I will say that cost was a little expensive but we were willing to pay for the added convenience of having the boards already plained and cut. Some boards were a little rough looking with holes showing through to wall but I think overall it added to the rustic look. The wall should be painted a dark color like brown. Ours was a deep burgundy which we left as is. It turned out okay since you don't really notice the color of the wall showing through in spots where there are imperfections in the wood and It shows the wall through it.

This is the real deal, reclaimed American barn wood - authentically rustic and very easy to work with. These are a great idea for creating rustic features around the home including headboards, backdrops for ‘folk art’ or feature walls. The boards are a mixture of shades of browns and greys and are supplied in 3”, 4” and 5” widths to create a random appearance. Each pack contains an area of 48” wide x 31” long (1,488 square inches) and the boards are 3/8” thick. There are 3 x 3”, 3 x 4” and 2 x 5” sections with some being shorter than 4” in length. The boards appear to be genuine barn wood, sourced in the USA. The face of each board is rough, showing saw marks and the checking/cracking you would expect from weathered wood. Some boards have nail holes, bore holes from bugs and other character features. The boards are straight sawn which makes it easy to align them on top of each other however the manufacturer recommends that any light surface behind the boards is painted a darker color before mounting them to minimize the presence of gaps along the edges. Being 3/8” thick, they’re easy to cut with a handsaw, jigsaw or a table saw depending on what you have available. When it comes to mounting them, you can use brad nails, wood adhesive or stronger adhesives like Liquid Nails to attach them to the surface they’re being mounted on. The boards are recommended for interior use and can be lightly sanded and sealed with a water or oil based polyurethane if needed (which is helpful if you plan to use them in a bathroom where the air is damp. The rear of each board is a lighter color from being freshly sawn, so the boards aren’t really reversible as such unless you’re prepared to ‘weather’ the freshly cut side with some wood stain to make it match the other boards.
