This heated toilet seat is simply fantastic ! This is our 3rd purchase. It is easy to assemble and took me less than 15 minutes to installed. The blue light is simply fantastic and look great in the dark. It is a user friendly and quiet unit. We got one for the guest bathroom as well , needless to say that family and friends who are staying over never fail to ask us where we purchased this product. We highly recommend this product to all!

We pucharsed a bidet as a recommindation from our doctor. Since we are in a bathroom remodle we tried it. We decided on this one for two reasons, sceptical they work and cost. My wife was sold the first time she used it and then i tried it. Wow why didnt we do this a long time ago! We live on 3 acres with a septic system. The system will love it as much as we do. Would highly recommend this seat. If I had to say what could be better…the drying fan should be stronger. Other than that, wondeful.

Very easy to install & instruction is clear & simple cost a hour to finished it.

We’ve had this for a year and a half. I’ve been cleaning it weekly and here are the reasons we are removing it today. There are parting lines on the toilet seat and these have to be scrubbed out since they accumulate gunk. There are also a lot of ridges and other spots that just make it so you can’t just do a simple wipe but must get in between each thing. Also the seat has depth so that it is a tight squeeze to stick a hand in to clean between the seat and the tank (or you have to remove the seat). The tank portion behind where you sit is forward a bit so you have to reach under it to really get it clean. Maybe this is okay for others but I finally got tired of it.

If this your first bidet seat purchase please read this review! This seat has pretty much anything you want or need in a bidet and the features all work very well. However, if you are purchasing one for a ROUND toilet, this unit may come up a little short - literally. The reservoir at the back shortens the seating area a little too much, especially for men. This same model for an elongated toilet would be a 5+ star rating. The heated seat and water, adjustable settings for everything, and the night light are all excellent! As a matter of fact, I like this so much, I would consider replacing the toilet with an elongated one and purchasing the bioBidet to match.

The Bidet is working great, I've had it for about 4 months and I love how convenience it functions. perfect water pressure with different choices, the heat is consistent and the temperature works just fine. The assembly was easy. It took me an hour to put it together. The instruction was helpful. I'm super happy with this purchase, I read many reviews before I purchase this and the reviews were right! Highly recommended.

It looks cool and easy to use, even better witch I bought few years ago, same brand and price was much higher.

The Bidet was very easy to install and it also come with all the necessary accessories for installation. I have been using this product for 1 week and I don't know how I was able to live without it. You want be disappointed with this purchase. I highly recommend it. M. Robinson

Purchased this product as it was cheaper than Slim 3 and BB-800. It has all the features I was looking for such as Stainless Steel Nozzle, Posterior and Feminine Wash, Turbo wash, Heated Seat, Light for the night, Adjustable nozzle position, controlled warm water supply thru electricity and dryer. The installation was pretty easy for me (this my almost 10th product thru Bio Bidet so I was pretty accustomed with bidets). I don't like remote because it is easier to misplace them so I prefer the controls on the side attached to bidet. The only thing this product is missing is 3 year warranty as for this price this product should've a better warranty coverage. After using this product for almost a month now, I am satisfied, hope it stands with time.

We have a newer toilet setup so this was incredibly easy to install. I am a somewhat-competent 40 year old woman and had no issues. I’ve included a photo of the mounting assembly in case that helps anyone. You just slide the seat on top. The bidet itself is awesome. All kinds of features like heated seat and adjustable sprays. I’ve never had a bidet before and am very happy with my purchase

Whenever a nozzle cleaning function is performed, it leaks. The 2nd replacement still leaks. What is wrong with this product?

I purchased 2 Bidets. The first one was fine, installed and works great. The second appears to be used. When I picked it up from the store everything was fine, however when I wrapped it to give as a present, the box was wet and dripping. Thinking it may have been a "testing" issue and water was reserved in the line, we installed it anyway since it appeared to be in its original packaging and the parts were sealed. Once installed, the controls do not work and the lights just continue to flash. Researched the blinking lights and read the troubleshoot instructions but nothing covered the issue. I don't usually post reviews, but to repackage a used bidet seat is...gross!

The installation was super easy. And the seat has more function than expected. Easy to use, warm seat, water and air is quite pleasant and easy to adjust to your confront temperature.

I just got this bioBidet and installed it immediately, installation was easy with a little adjustments on the water line. The bidet performs well beyond our expectations. All functions was well laid out and icons are self explanatory. We have fun using it and saves us a lot on using tissue paper which is hard to come by this days. I will be purchasing it again for our other bathroom.

I purchased two of these Slim Twos (one for each bathroom), and our rear-ends couldn't be more pleased. Between the heated seats and the warm water, this is a homerun! Great value for such a fullyl featured Bidet!

Once you use it you'll never go back to paper alone! It was easy to install, less than 15 minutes to replace the old seat with the Bidet. Longer if you have to add an outlet. I was able to tap the GCFI near the sink and put a recessed clock outlet below the tank. The only complaint I have is the lack of detail on attaching the seat to the bowl. Initially, I slid the seat on and found it wasn't tight enough and was worried I might break something trying to take it back off. All you need to do is pull it straight back, make your adjustments, and slide it back on. You can adjust the seat, water, and dryer air temperature independently. The nozzle can be moved in or out and the water pressure is also adjustable. The seat is an excellent value, I highly recommend it.

Easy to install and has many features at a super reasonable price. Heated seat, night light, heated water bidet, and heated drying fan. You just tie into the toilet water supply and plug it in. Having the control buttons backlit would be a nice feature but not necessary. We have been using it for about a month and love it, excellent quality and looks great.

This bidet does the job. Nice features like the wash, bidet, and turbo. The heated seat and water is great The Sitz bath function in nice as well. The only negative I would have is that the dryer is not as powerful as i would want.

I spent a month traveling across Asia. There are various types of bidets everywhere even in public restrooms. Toilet paper is to get excess water off of yourself after you use the bidet. I absolutely felt wonderful to be so clean all the time. And then I came back home. I found these toilet seats and thought about it for about one year. Then I finally gave in and bought this model. I really wish I would’ve bought it as soon as I came home.! I had to install a plug. That was no problem. It heated up the water very quickly. I love the features. I love how hygienic it is. I recommend this product wholeheartedly!

This is so far best bidet that fits my small toilet. I had to return all I bought before. It's just a little off in the size.

I bought this bidet for my wife for her Birthday. It was easy to install as stated, and it works great!! At first, I was a little skeptical, because I wasn’t sure the water pressure would be enough (I had a cheaper one that blasts). But after using this one, I am glad I made this choice! Turns out, you don’t have to suffer the pain of being blasted because it totally cleans you without pressure washing your areas. Oh, and to be able to sit on a cozy, warm seat in the dark because it’s lighted! And the heated dryer is just an added bonus! The look of this seat makes my small bathroom look like a day spa! We Love it!

Water pressure a little lower than simpler mechanical bidets, but overall the features power dollar can't be beat.

Wow, this is our first bidet & it has been wonderful. I use the turbo function & my wife uses the other functions. All great so far. Happy with the whole product.

I love this unit. I have Crohns disease and use it 10 to 15 times a day. I am so happy to have this. I'm no longer raw ! One less painful thing to deal with. My 2 complaints. The installation instructions should show the seat release better its hidden in the guide. It should be next to where the slide on instructions are. 2 the function keys dont light up at night so I put a piece of tape on the 2 main functions. I like the blue light so you dont have to have the fan running at 2am. But you cant see the function buttons at night.

I read everyone's review before I decide to purchase it. The item had pretty good review and it works as expected. Very easy to install, and It includes all the major functions we need. I still don't think we need to pay the extra money for the remote control. The side panel is easy to navigate. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the dryer. it is a little weak, but it still gets the job done.

It was easy to assemble and appears to be of good quality. Has heated water and heated seat functions as well as the slow close lid feature and a blue nightlight to help with night operations. We have had it for a couple weeks and are still getting used to the different adjustments, coverage areas, temperatures and pressures to find the "Goldilocks" just right setting for our individual expectations. The only non positive comment is that it is a little smaller than our previous seat which takes some acclimatization.

I love that the Biobidet seat has various wash functions and temperature choices. Having the built in nightlight comes in handy for the late night or early morning trips; I have no need to turn on my bathroom light. I would like if the air dryer was on both sides to improve the drying efficiency.

Easy to install, plumbing-wise. Sliding it onto the bracket took some fenageling. Best value for the money, that's for sure. I was looking for a bidet that would heat water, the seat, and dry. This has all of the above! My only complaint so far would be that it is quite bulky, like a normal seat with HUGE hinges, AND that you have to wipe, then use the dry function because the drying mechanism is not all that powerful. It's so easy to customize the washing experience with the built in remote and functions that paying extra for a remote you need to keep track of/mount on the wall, or programmable settings for each user, doesn't seem worth it to me when this one had all the greatest features for such a reasonable price. All in all I determined after lots of research and eventual purchasing, that it's the best value for the money (I got this at $200), seemingly exclusive to Home Depot, and I'm very happy with my buy!

Ill be brief. Was supposed to arrive first week of July. Arrived this past Friday. Instructions clear and complete, although disregard remote control info. Looks like more than one model. Even send a laminated reference sheet! Packaging - 10, Ease of installation - 8, Can be a bit intimidating for newbies or those not mechanically fit, and its most difficult part of install is not unit itself, but the plumbing T, Fit and finish - 10, Operation and use - Wow! Takes a little repetition to get used to controls. But (no pun intended LOL) the benefits of a warm seat, warm water wash, and warm air dry can in itself, start your day out with a smile! And the price gets a 10! $200 is a deal.
