I like the Blink doorbell it works great the only thing is I wish is that it had a monitor that I could see who was at my door since I’m disabled

Was easily connected to my wifi not like ring

Installed the doorbell by following the instructions. After the device was screwed to the doorframe, I tried to activate it but couldn’t (red LED kept blinking). Called the helpline. Their solution: remove the doorbell and place it right next to the router to pair it with my wifi network. First, if this step is really necessary shouldn’t it be in the instructions? Second, why can’t it be paired through the app like every other new device added to my network? So now I have to go outside, undo the work I did yesterday, and remove both parts of the doorbell. Instead of placing it next to the router, I’m returning it to Home Depot. Don’t buy this terrible product.

I don’t like it and won’t to return it

It looks good, functionally is good, the hd video is ok, my concern is about the link with my chime is loosing several time per day and it let the system get off for while it continue working recording but the chime doesn’t work when this happens, I don’t know if it’s wifi problem or device problem.

Second unit has now failed. First one lasted 3 months. Second one, 2 months.

1.Good clear view of pictures 2. Simple to operate. 3. We have had it one week 4. It does exactly what we need 5. No problems with damage .

I had a ring doorbell that has stopped working from time to time. I've replaced the ring pro twice since it became available and this was much less expensive, and I have a grandfathered blink account so this is free. Can't beat the price. And I would have never known deer were wandering on my front yard without the camera (also alerts me to street sweeping day)

So easy to install!! And very easy to add to my existing blink system!! Only concern is that every time a car drives by, I get notified. Am sure there is an adjustment somewhere.

This doorbell/camera is great! We have had this installed for 30 days. The camera picture is crisp and the motion feature on the Blink app is easy to turn on and off. Easy to install as well. I would recommend this product and other Blink items as well. We have wireless outdoor cameras and a plug in camera for indoor use as well.

The blink doorbell camera is a great addition to my home security. It was easy wiring to the existing doorbell and gives a clear view of who is at the entrance.

I've bought 3 of the videos doorbells. On 2 of the 3 when I had to changed the batteries they would not reconnected to the wifi. I have contacted blink and so far they have not been able to help. We'll see what happens when the 3rd one needs batteries..one was wired one was not so that wasn't the issue..

I decided not to use it. I returned it unopened.

The camera is very clear and the motion detector picks up movement about 20 feet as someone approaches my front door. It has a pretty good wide view range and saves any movement footage automatically unless you program it otherwise. It was very easy to install. I used the wired way so I never have to worry about battery life. If you have a drill and know how to remove wires and reinstall them, you can install it yourself. Setting it up was easy too. Just download the App & follow instructions.

I Purchased this camera over a year ago so I have used it a lot. I find it very disappointing that by the time the app loads and opens on my phone the person who rang the doorbell is usually gone. Just yesterday the UPS man delivered a $500 package that was quite heavy and by the time The app opened he was already gone. When I go back and look at the clip that was automatically recorded I can see him standing there taking a picture of the package he just sat down but I did not have time to talk to him in real time. Fortunately the package wasn’t stolen but it sat outside my gate on the driveway for A couple of hours before I got home. Next time I’ll try a different brand. This blink doorbell simply does not work as advertised.
