This stuff is horrible. My floors look way worse then before. It left a hazy residue and streaks. We followed the application instructions to a T. How do I get this off? I hate it. Do not use.

After having new waterproof laminate floors installed I used a vinegar/water solution to clean them and fell in love with the sheen of the ‘wet’ floors and decided to contact Bona’s customer service for advice. I have friends who frequently uses the high gloss hardwood floor polish on their existing older style laminate & they always look very high end. Customer service’s rep explained use in his own home had lasted for years without reapplying and confirmed the bottle directions. My laminate has a slight texture and I chose to apply 2 coats. There is no high gloss-but it presents as a freshly cleaned appearance and a crisp high end warm glow. I don’t know how well it will wear or last as I haven’t moved in-but have noticed after entering with wet outdoor shoes it quickly beads up and I don’t notice any ‘waffle’ shoe prints once dried!
