I didn’t actually use it for a dishwasher but I used it for an adapter on my aquarium tubing. It worked great.

The item arrived exactly as described. Even if your drain pipe is little bigger you can cut off the first smaller segment and still use.

I wanted a 1 - 1, so I cut the...
I wanted a 1 - 1, so I cut the smaller ones. That resulted in a water leak, and didn’t get fixed however tight I had the screws.

It needs jubilee clamp instead of what it has, because...
It needs jubilee clamp instead of what it has, because they don't clamp evenly around the connector so water weeps out.
I had to use sealer as well even though the clamp was extremely tight!
If it had jubilee clamps then it would be a 5* product.
