Plastic!!! Thin bendable plastic.

I really like how good they look. They sure will make a difference when they replace the old ones that are only 49 years old and wooden. I’m still waiting on someone to come put them up.

A little thinner than I expected. Color perfect!

Only one out of the 4 sets I ordered had the required hardware with it. My contractor was there only one more day to finish the job, shutters being the last step. Home Depot would not deliver the missing hardware so the job could be finished. I had to get out of work, buy the required hardware at another store costing me another $21 dollars and time loss from work. Poor quality control.
