It fit a little loose on my Garant snow shovel so I put two small strips of Gorilla tape under it...
It fit a little loose on my Garant snow shovel so I put two small strips of Gorilla tape under it and it was nice and tight. The included hardware was only a single, nonthreaded pin which I discarded and used the screw from the original handle. Seems to be working just fine.

The D-Grip handle worked great with the following modifications to the "D" Grip Installation ins...
The D-Grip handle worked great with the following modifications to the "D" Grip Installation instructions:
1.Place new "D" grip on to the handle so that the grip is fully engaged and aligned properly with the head of the tool.
1.a. Drill a hole through the handle.
2. Place rivet ... other side.
3. Place on a ... rivet facing down.
4. With the concave ... part of the rivet. (Note that, as the #3 Philips minimum diameter equals the rivet's ID, I initiated the roll over operation by first striking a #2 Philips.)
5. Strike with a hammer ... very much.
6. Put screwdriver aside ... against the grip.
7. Check for sharp burs ...or file them down.
