Finished product is great. Learning curve on how things get's put together is a little steep though. this could definitely be improved with better instructions. Most specifically about how to get the rail on the wall and then how everything fits onto the rail.

Hard to assemble/install, outside of box does not state additional items needed. Had to make trip to 2 stores (not enough in stock). Looks ok, I guess.

After my three year old hanging shelves fell off the wall, I found these and bought them. They are the exact replacement of what I had before. The are, however, pricey for what they are. You can buy 8 foot panels with the same exact holes minus the slanted slots (pre-cut on the panels) for less than half the price of these. However I needed them quickly because most of my wife's and my clothes were on the floor. I'm a bit concerned about the durability of them since my last ones only lasted three years but I don't remember what brand they were.

I ordered this piece to use as a standalone divider for my closet and it provided just that.

I bought this piece because I have the starter kit, and wanted to expand my closet a bit. There are other less expensive similar melamime closet parts, but they won't fit the Martha Stewart system. I guess you pay for the name because there is nothing better about this product .

Firstly, the product comes with virtually no instructions. I used the custom designer software on the HD site and was sent several different "kits" from which to build the finished product. We had to call customer service twice to understand how it all went together -- we are not inexperienced flat pack builders. Everything needed to be assembled. I expected the drawer boxes to a least be put together not needing to be glued and screwed as they did. I would say the quality was fair, not poor but not great. Frankly, the items we bought from a large Swedish flat pack store in the past were better documented and better quality.

These vertical shelf are perfect for adding additional space after the corner module. It give the one piece unit a custom feel. I used a expensive website to design the walk-in closet then used the various pieces for MS to duplicate the expensive closet for less than half the price of the higher end brand.

This site really does not explain this system much!! I wanted sides for the corner shelves, and went with these knowingly that we would have to double up and cut them to make a 72" side. Now I realized that we could of bought a basic tower and used those for the sides. Where is the hardware?? For the price they should include a mounting bracket and some screws. Came out nice but too much extra work

don;t buy this product! VERY POOR MATERIAL USED IN CONSTRUCTION. BREAKS OR CHIPS EASILY!

I purchased these to accompany the deluxe kit and the starter kit for my closet remodel. They worked out wonderfully and opened up so many customizable configurations.

Worked well for my application. Sturdy and pretty easy to put together. I stacked them on top of each other to create 96" sides.

Impressed with the quality of the product. I plan to purchase more of the closet systems to do more of my closets. Matched up to my overall closet remodel. Below is more overall review of the Martha Stewart Closet System. After remodeling our master bathroom my wife decided we needed new closets converting our wire frame shelving to something more "professional" looking. After using several different online design tools the Martha Stewart Closet Design tool was by far the best for a couple of reasons. First, it was easy to use and save my designs. Second, loved the ability to add to the cart directly from the tool so once I had my design done I didn't have to hunt for all the parts to build and buy. Third, by building online I was able to refer back to my design when installing the closet systems. As far as the quality of the product I think it was just about like everything else in the market but less expensive. Lastly, the installation was fairly easy. Once I figured out where to put the rail that basically held the closet systems installing was a breeze. Everything goes together very well and the final product was better than expected. The product was delivered to my house on a 4 x 6 pallet and well packed. No damage to any carton and I had everything I needed to build and install. Happy wife, happy life!

Product is of good quality and perfect for my application, though the price seems to be on the high side.

Needed shoe storage in niche 24+ inches wide.... Secured these panels to walls insuring they were square and level with hidden shims.. Trimmed 3/4 inch off of 24 inch shelves with table saw and had perfect fit... Easy to adjust shelf size from summer to winter. Stacked two sets of 48 inch panels floor to ceiling and joint is nearly invisible.. 17 shelves holds a lot of shoe boxes.

The concept is easy. Like being able to adjust hanging bar in so many places. I purchased the shorter ones so there would be open space beneath for easier cleaning or other items.

I bought these in addition to the starter set to create some hanging space on the left in my daughter's closet. I really only needed one to attach to the wall, but they only come in a 2-pack. The problem is there is no hardware included. They have grooves just like the starter set, for attaching it to the back hanging bar, but the hanging bar included in the starter set isn't long enough to accomodate any additional vertical panels. Since I only need one and am attaching it directly to the closet wall, I don't need to hang it on the bar. But some directions or hardware would've been nice! I do love the starter set - no complaints there!

Worked well in conjunction with the other kits I ordered

Ordered two items for customized installation. Product not labeled Martha Stewart and not packed as well as the Espresso colored Martha Stewart items. Both white items arrived with broken ends and needed to be trimmed for use. More fragile than the Espresso line. I do not recommend purchase of the white line.

The holes for the rods should have been set deeper as the hangers scrape the "slide-by" closet doors when they close or are moved from side to side.

We purchased this as part of a closet system to re-do our master walk-in closet. It's a great product and we love the results. BUT, I was totally unaware that all these parts came with 0 instructions. Literally, no instructions at all. So, just be warned you'll have to figure it all out for yourself, but in the end it was definitely worth it, it's a sturdy, good looking product.

These are the vertical pieces that are the foundation for the closet organizers. You would think these are the pieces that come with detailed installation instructions, but youd be wrong. NO INSTRUCTIONS. Even the rail that these rest on didnt come with instructions. I mean, in the end two of us spent a day installing sets in two 48" closets, but it wasnt easy. Also, let's say you use three of these pieces like I did (making two unique halves of a closet), then you can't screw horizontal shelves (on the top and bottom) into both sides of the middle vertical piece. You can screw from one side, but that hole on the other side is taken up by the screw you just put in. (I realize this may not make sense on paper, but trust me it's a major design flaw.) Anyway, the finished product look great, certainly better and more convenient than what was being replaced, hence the 3 stars.

I purchased these because the description said they were "solid wood". In fact, they are laminated particle board. They arrived with parts of the laminate chipped off, but I decided to keep them because I designed my whole closet system around them. I kind of wish I sent them back and made my own. They would have been a lot cheaper in hindsight. I'm going to paint over them, so hopefully they won't chip anymore.

This product is made very cheaply and chips and the particle board breaks if you look at it too hard.
