this order didn't have the rods. other kit ordered had rods but one is rusted and corroded

We bought entire system. Love it. Easy to install with two people.

Good product easy to install. If doing multiple hangers the metal bracket takes some time level with previous bracket. There drywall anchors can be difficult if the wall has insulation behind it.

Surprised there wasn’t any broken or cracks boards . Was missing knob and screwes for one drawer. Product was is good shape

Box was visibly crushed when I picked up from Home Depot so unsurprisingly the 72in planks were both cracked in half. The shelf company (Stow), not Home Depot, handled the situation swiftly. Had 2 replacement planks at my door two days later. Never had to submit a claim for review, return damaged items to the company, or provide evidence so the process was quite easy. Relatively solid unit. Easy to assemble and hang.

Overall well constructed and relatively easy to install by myself. If you do customize the size need proper tools to cut wood and metal bar.

Closet Evolution is a fabulous closet system. It is easy to assemble and looks fantastic. I bought a new home but told the builder not to install the wire shelving. I chose this system and have installed it all myself with little help.
