Very easy to install. Looks great. Radically changed our closets.

Instructions lacking. Had to piece together instructions from products online vs. the instructions I was sent. Purchased as part of several other components for a walk-in closet. Will be looking for a different manufacturer and a bit higher quality for my master bedroom closet. Key issues: - Quality very low. Surface is VERY thin and you will end up with damage as a result of moving it around or bumping against other pieces. - Drawers came broken and hardware rails should come preinstalled.

Excellent quality at a good price. Assembly instructions easy to follow, just be aware it is solidly constructed = fairly heavy, so plan accordingly. My only small disappointment is that the color - Classic White - turns out to not be a great match for other closet cabinets I have which are pure white. Would have been helpful if Home Depot's photos showed this more clearly (on my PC they jusy looked white).

The drawer faces took some adjusting before they were all even with one another but after that everything went smoothly and I am very happy with this product so far.

When this unit arrived it was missing the glue, all the screws and drawer pulls. Trying to get in touch with the Stow Company through the 800 # on the installation guide is impossible. We need the pieces to complete the installation, we ordered 24 units total and this is the last piece... If we could get the missing pieces and install the drawers to complete our entire closet, I would definitely change my rating.

Came only with 4 shoe metal rods instead of 12

The wardrobe is not wide enough for a standard hangar to fit...half of the items protrude out of the closet even though the rod is in the middle.

The holes to connect are to deep so the patch to cover it is so obvious even u try to cover with patch. Drawers are not good quality.

I was only given the drawers. I bought two sets. The inserts were not provided at pick up. We had to call and order the sets again. Kind of annoyed

Looks beautiful! It was somewhat complicated to out up, took about a day but im also not super savvy at tools.

I bought 2 to install side by side. Drawers close good, but they are not soft close. Units look very nice. I gave 4 stars bc the holes to mount the hanging bars are either too far back or too close up front. My handyman drilled holes in the middle. Easy fix. I also added a shelf on top. Otherwise it looks unfinished and wasted space.

I have so many of these! I use them all over my home to help keep things organized

Came with a crack down both sides. Also came with missing bolts so couldnt even finish the shelfing!

Had it delivered to my home, nothing damaged. Need to people to install the sided, holding them straight so not to damage the holes. I mounted it 12 inches off the floor, put some supports for it to rest on, went in easy, looks great in the closet.

Loved it! We were shorted a few shelves and I emailed the address in the box, getting the replacements within four days.

Great stuff. Great company!
