So easy to add to the main closet kit we purchased.we reconfigured the design to fit our space which worked out well.

Item was easy to assemble. Based on the material of the item the price is to much.

I really wanted to like this product. Price is attractive and hanging system is fairly easy. However, it is a dangerous porduct and I suspect it will not be sold by Home Depot for long unless design changes are made. The entire system is floating and free to move left-right. We purchased this tower, plus the larger kit with included sidewalls and extended rods to left and right of tower.There is nothing in the kit or instructions to anchor the sidewalls from moving left and right. On the first day, I nudged the left sidewall section and it shifted. The wood top piece, rod and clothes came down on our heads. It is crazy that the system does not include parts and instructions to secure the clothes barsd and prevent L/R movement on wall after installation ... it would be a simple modification, which I have since done on my own.

Picture is beautiful, but the reality is you can see the hardware to hang it out side of the unit. Screws missing and two sets of directions. My husband wanted to return it. We just finished our home and we were outside the window of return, So very disappointed. I usually love Martha’s creations.

Instructions show shelves between drawers - not provided - rods for clothes are either too far back or too far forward - poorly designed - drawers are not deep - I can see why Home Depot no longer carries this item.

It is always difficult to imagine what a product will actually look like in a small space. I have to say these two Tower Kits look fantastic! We also bought a corner unit and we filled in the blank spots with rods we purchased at Home Depot. They were easy to assemble, had a very nice finish, was quality stock and even the knobs on the drawers were heavy and nice. My husband and I assembled them on a Saturday and had no problems with the instructions or hardware. There was one tiny scratch on one of the inside drawer panels … but not enough to request a replacement. My ONLY "negative" was the fact that the metal hanger bar (that holds the unit on the wall) is a little ugly. If the company sold plastic "bar covers" I would have probably paid extra to have the unsightly bars covered. Once you get all the clothes in there...you really don't notice them. But overall...we are thrilled!!

It's a garbage product. The plywood is probably even lower quality than that of Ikea. .Glue included with product exploded all over hardware. Missing hardware for a drawer. One of the drawers fell apart. I'm going to have to rig this thing to work.

Easy to assemble, love the whole system we did for a fraction of comparable units. Highly recommend.

This was one of the last pieces I assembled for my closet organizing system, so it came together fairly easily and quickly. Everything is solid, anchored to the wall and will be well utilized in the years to come.

Just what I ordered

The Material is real cheap you make the Screws too tight it open the material right up and it breaks open the drawers don’t fit on there right. I wish I would’ve Known that I wouldn’t have bought it.

Closet system was easy to order. Overall good quality. I’m a contractor -easy to assemble. Problems -all but one drawer boxe was damaged in one form or another. Not enough to send it back but enough that different assembly had to be done to make it work. The one that wasn’t broken- fast and easy.

How can I put everything together when I am missing one of the boxes in the shipment I have been waiting for Home Depot to at least re-sand that particular item or items that were in the box back to me so then the closet can be put together correctly but I have heard nothing

This tower kit was relatively easy to assemble as were each of the drawer units. Each drawer is uniquely designed so that cams and screws are not needed as in most kits and go together quite easily with a lot less frustration that most kits. With the wall hanging capability, it makes it so easy to place the unit on the wall for easy cleaning beneath it, and it's also not likely to tip over either. Must say that since I bought it on sale it was not any more costly that it's cheaper cousins, and the quality was by far, much better. It rather exceeded my expectations. The only con was that I bought several pieces and the company's identification system is by far the worst I have ever seen. All the boxes were so poorly identified and/or not labeled that I was not able to match up the pieces I bought with Home Depots Invoice and it was necessary to open 15 individual boxes to identify what was inside of them. And, since many parts are interchangeable, the nightmare just got worse. Whoever produced these products for Martha Stewart obviously had no experience in warehousing and identifying inventory, or if they did, it was something very unique to themselves because it was not at all user friendly. I spent almost as much time identifying items to put together as actually putting the systems together! Now, that is really bad! I'm talking HOURS, not just minutes.

I regret so much to have purchased this closet piece. It is hard to assemble, some parts came damaged and even broken. Very low quality. Do not spend money in this very low quality product. I wish I could add photos to support my complaints.

This is the second time I have used these units to update a master bedroom closet. I was able to easily install and with minimum alteration (I had to cut top shelves, corner shelves and hanging bars to fix my custom dimensions) create a wonderful closet system that looks custom. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again myself whenever the opportunity arises.

Part of our order was missing & damaged from Home Depot but Martha Stewart immediately sent us replacement items when I contacted them. Love the finished product in our guest room closet!

Overall is good!! easy install and light and stronger than I expect. Only one thing I don't like their drawer unit. there are two screws for holding the front face of the drawer and they are not strong enough. one of drawer is already broken.

Disappointed in quality

Pricey, they look good but I would get dressers and put a bar up on the wall but the wife wanted them. She's somewhat happy with the two we paid 500 bucks and one didn't come with hardware which the company fed ex new ones. Overall I would do differently in the space I have.

I got two of these. They were easy to put together and they work like a charm. My closet is much better organized now

I got 2 MS 2’x6' closet towers with drwrs, a 2’x6’ shelf tower, and a 8’ dbl pole kit. I also got a few extra verticals and shelves to use w/ leftovers from the kits. Plus a BIG mirror and a 1x4 overhead LED fixture. DIY assembly and installation took a day. Now my mbdrm closet looks fabulous! WOW!!

Yikes how do you put this together?? I will return it. Too much hassle (or cost to hire another) to assemble.
